The propeller reducer is a difficult problem. Few constructors managed to solve it. The BMW two-cylinder engine produces powerful vibrations that must be suppressed or separated from the propeller spindle. In addition, all components of the reducer must be balanced statically and dynamically so that they do not produce any additional vibration. During use, it is necessary to control the wear of the bearings and vibration damper, and of course the oil level in the reducer. I built the Mustang 3 ultralight trike in 2015. The current design is much better. Please watch on You Tube my video "BMW 1100 engine and ROTAX 912 engine". I practically built it myself, only the carriage, the wing and the engine are bought from other manufacturers. Of course, I have the design documentation, but not the executive documentation yet. The executive documentation is a specific document containing recommendations that will ensure repeatable characteristics of the product and is thus burdened with the responsibility of the constructor. Ultralight is an extreme sport that is often accompanied by the death of the competitor. That's why I prefer that you take responsibility for your own actions.

@@ireneuszkowalczyk311 Przepraszam za banalne pytanie ale jest ono ważne gdy jednak z większym skarawkiem ziemi jest problem, mianowicie ile taka motolotnia potrzebuje pasa startowego do lądowania i do startu powiedzmy z silniczkiem o mocy 50 koni ?
Wszystko zależy od umiejętności pilota , stanu technicznego urządzenia latającego, obiektów wokół lądowiska. Nie będę ukrywał że im mniejsze lądowisko tym większy stres. A przecież to ma być przyjemność. Moim zdaniem miejsce bez obiektów 15m wysokich w promieniu 500m pozwala na wytyczenie lądowiska awaryjnego nie mniejszego niż [20mx200m motolotnia/silnik 50KM] lub [20mx150m motolotnia/silnik 100KM] Załoga zwykle jest nieświadoma zagrożeń. Dobrą praktyką jest mieć w pobliżu drugie lądowisko do bezstresowego latania, przeprowadzania prób naziemnych i prób w locie. Życzę dużo szczęścia.

Prawdę mówiąc to nie rozumiem pytania. Chcesz kupić dokumentację projektową czy dokumentację wykonawczą? Czy może pytasz o koszty jakie poniosłem budując motolotnię. Czy może koszty części użytych do budowy. A może koszt kompletny jaki poniosłem łącznie z próbami wytrzymałości i całym procesem certyfikacji tej konstrukcji w ULC uprawniający mnie do umieszczenia w rejestrze statków powietrznych, ubezpieczenia i w ogóle legalnego użytkowania? Nie chcę Cię zniechęcić, proszę sprecyzuj pytanie.
@@wiejskicap wejdź na OLX , wpisz motolotnia i poszukaj najdroższą używaną motolotnię jaką ktoś chce sprzedać. Jej cena jest dużo dużo niższa od kosztów budowy jakie poniesiesz budując coś w tym standardzie technicznym (chodzi o typ skrzydła, GRS, silnik 4suw, przyrządy).
