Do you guys flip the welded structure over to weld the opposite side? I like the way you layout the frames but the bottom side can't be easily welded.

You don’t have the wait & cost to order a building which allows you to get right to work. Also gives the flexibility to make changes in the field easier.

What are the benefits to using a weld structure as opposed to a red iron bolt together building? Also, how close together do you put roof perlins?

Welding shown here is 100% site fabrication, bolted is shop fabrication... Welding is stronger, but bolting is faster onsite. My guess is 4-feet for the purlins.
