Some of Hyde's and Poyer's interceptions had to have teleportation in play. The pass looks completely safe and then all of a sudden they're carrying it in the opposite direction.

Hyde and Poyer are so f***** good at everything that is asked of safeties, especially spying, waiting, and and pouncing on thrown balls at just the right timing and angles for knockdowns and interceptions that it’s legit mind boggling. They are not gonna be around for much longer as they are both kinda getting up there in age, and when they’re gone, they will be missed. Bills fans will look back and say those were the days (even though we’ll still be bulldozing through the AFC, getting to the playoffs and winning Super Bowls). 😜 The Poyer/Hyde era is nothing short of legendary. 🔥
I’ll always chuckle at “Tannehill wants a big one.” 🤣 Our defense was spectacular most of the season but I really hope with the additions they’ve made, we can stop the run better and beat KC in January when it matters most. Definitely excited for the new season!
The defense played very well...except when it mattered most. Still happy with how they performed overall but they cannot choke a game away like that with 13 seconds left.
I go back and forth between him and Poyer. That pick Micah made in the patriots playoff game was the nastiest defensive play I’ve ever seen in Bills history.

That helps josh allen get his Game finely tuned and clean up his qb check down and decision making
Im not gonna lie, I pay attention a lot, but after watching this in full, you can see a bunch of explosion from AJ Epenesa, Rousseau makes great plays I just want to see his energy level increase cause it was his problem in college to kinda just hand fight and stand still at the line with the OL and he still does it quite a bit (like a run defender), funny cause Epenesa is known for run d and Rousseau we signed for pass rush and if you watch every snap, it's definitely the opposite. I think Milano plays the fun incredibly aggressive and doesn't get much credit for his run defense, obviously power and Hyde and just incredible how they take up such a huge space on the field, Taron Johnson is a top 3 slot corner and I've known that, but man Mario Addison played great his two years here. Ed Oliver stepped up a bit, and the break through person in this video to me is Cam Lewis... If you actually pay attention to him when he's on the field, he really is making big time plays. I also trust Dane Jackson, but can Lewis might be extremely under rated
Edmunds gotta go. Leslie Frazier gotta go. Need edge to finish plays. Need more CB, LB, DT depth. Our schedule is gonna be ridiculously hard this year so we need to fill these needs on the defensive side of the ball. Considering how much we invested in the d-line, we underperformed HEAVILY.

We have a good defense but they are not the #1 D in the NFL and it was proven in every big game this season. The Bills need proper changes to hit that level of playoff defense. 1) The last 3 draft picks need to step up on the Dline. 2) Coaching: Frasier needs to go because his scheme works on weak offensive teams, not on good QBs. 3) Needs both a new MLB and CB#2. Edmunds is athletic but the dude isn't doing anything out there on the field and picks the wrong lanes in run D. Wallace is avg corner that only provides depth at this point. 4) During the 2022 Draft we need to get a CB, DT (run-stuffer), and LB. (CB or LB with 1st if a legit 1st rounder is still on the board, unwise they need OL or WR help on offense.
Well they were ranked very high, actually #1 because of a great pass defense that didn’t have Tre for the later half of the year but I mean DE’s are tough to draft in the later 1st round.. 13 secs included it’s still a solid D. Groot will be a baller, I think Harrison Phillips and Ed Oliver stepped up big the 2nd half of the year so I’d rather have them try to sign a DE say bye to Hughes and Addison and or sign veteran minimums.. another CB would be wise for sure, OLine definitely, and yes a WR in the mid rounds.. I’m fine with Frasier though. McDermott is a big part of their D too and they’ve been a top D since he got there so it’s tough to say they should fire Frasier. But at the same time bad play calling and execution at the end of games does happen too much.

Im not willing to dump McDermott mainly because we have done so well with him overall. I can't say Frasier keeps us as successful as the head coach does. I really feel our first pick needs to be CB. Idk how good Tre will be after that injury as a corner.
Maybe by stats they were #1, but everyone knows teams pass and rush at will…. Brisett a career backup throws for over 300, Skylar Thompson if Waddle catch’s that ball they win and he throws for close to 300….Frazier stuck in zone and nickel Frazier sucks…. The only reason we won 13 games is because of Allen
When your quarterback gives the lead TWICE in the last two minutes of a playoff game and you cannot defend it, you are not even close to a top defense. That last 13 seconds will live forever in infamy.
I bet everyone that's hating or mad right now we're dancing and singing when that defense made plays...if u feel like we were a let down then go root for the Dolphins Jets or Pats...it's jus that easy...this is the most success we've had in decades and u ungrateful bastards constantly try to bad mouth us...FOH...shit happens...only 1team can win that Lombardy trophy at the end of the season...so I guess 31 teams are trash huh?...
That’s how I feel too Mont. I don’t fault people for their opinions usually but the Bills weren’t just a #1 defense. It’s rare for a defense to lead in yards allowed AND points allowed and this Bills squad did that. It’s a stellar defense. Yes they handled the end of the divisional like crap and that was the most important moment of the season but you add Von Miller and some SOLID linemen, add a corner in the draft and they’re still very f’n solid at worst.
Defense was so overrated I’m sorry they let us down and didn’t deserve that ranking.They beat up on backups and got smoked by good teams.This defense is a disgrace to me now I will never forget how they cost us a ring NEVER….This defense has no heart at all bunch of over paid bums
