I can't do one more season with this dude. I appreciate what he's done for the team but he's proven time and time again that he's not going to get the job done.

Remember when buffalo couldnt stop the chiefs with 13 seconds? Why didn’t the bills try with 20 seconds to win the game?

17-7 at half and your defense gave up 30 points in the 2nd half and OT. Just disappointing… your inability to make adjustments and play for the win cost us the game. Bills fans deserve better… we stick by you, have faith in you, buy your merch, buy tickets, buy Sunday ticket… the waste of a season this has been is unacceptable…

Overly aggressive when he shouldn’t be. Overly conservative when he shouldn’t be. Dude can’t get out of his own way when it comes to game management/play calling.

Josh Allen has played his heart out and this clown lets him down in the game of the year. AGAIN.

Time for McDermott to go. I’ve hated him since the KC game when he didn’t squib kick with 13 seconds on the clock and KC had 2 timeouts….

I’ve had McDermott’s back until the final seconds of regulation of this game. 20 seconds and 1 time out left, one of the best and most clutch QBs in the game and you kneel? Coaching scared with the team we have is Ludicrous 🤦🏻‍♂️

My biggest grief..it’s 3rd and 6 in OT. Philly just needs a field goal to tie and you leave DeVonta Smith wide open in the slot and allow him a free release off the line of scrimmage to get 1st down. He was open before the play even started. I was screaming at the TV. Then you play man defense inside the 10 with no QB spy and allow Jalen Hurts to scramble for a TD. So you play soft zone defense on 3rd and 6. But play man inside the 10??? Just terrible coaching

No 2nd half adjustments on D. Soft game management as usual. D that can't make a stop when needing it. This guy had his run. He tried. He failed. It's time to move on.

Those refs called almost nothing against the Eagles. The NFL needs to launch an investigation against the Eagles. They are probably getting paid by the Eagles to throw the game.

He looks WAAAAAAAY too comfortable after a loss and most likely a loss that took him out of the playoffs. I'm not looking for him to cry or anything like that but damn, he don't even seem disappointed. My GOD!!!

McDermott done a great job as bills HC. But there’s been to many heart breaking losses I place blame on the coaching staff for lack of adjustments or being to passive. It’s time for a new regime and new philosophy

Shawn's play calling in close games and OT is abysmal

I get what he's saying but why is it everyone watching the game is like don't use that time out! Not only do you Wana rush them but if he makes it you have 20 seconds and 2 timeouts to go 40 yards to hit a field goal try. Texans qb scored a t.d with 46 seconds and 1 time out. My God someone help this dude learn clock and game management. Just because your a great d.c does not mean your a great head coach. Great qbs win superbowls. Average coaches hold them back from doing so. Allen ante getting any younger. We need to change something Get sean a guy who can manage the end of games

You can’t use up 2 TO’s for no reason on defense that we could of used to go try and get into field goal range in regulation. “Those are the offenses timeouts, not the defenses.” - Peyton Manning Then with 20 seconds left we just kneel and go to OT. If we had all 3 TO’s then we can easily run 4 plays with the whole field at our disposal to get 35 yards for a field goal try. I’ve backed a McDermott for his whole tenure because he brought consistency but his late game management is horrible.

It’s sad that every game we lost this season was a single touchdown (literally 6) or less. But this was a bad look. On the plus side I won a lot of money.

If you watch the game the referee was one sided, the game was rigged.

refs rigged that game so hard , but as a bills fan you have to admit this coaching staff has been the biggest issue. theres no possible way when the team plays insane and in OT youre 0-6. when a defense that makes stops puts pressure gets sacks and picks suddenly plays prevent and 8 yards off allowing this kind of attack to happen.

Appreciate what you have done for us coach. We love you but the body of work speaks for its self at this point. You got us to the door and halfway through it, but the inability to walk the rest of the way through and close the door seems to be a problem. If we look at the Eagles as an organization they have gotten this far with multiple personnel and players and won superbowls. they seem to know when the potential of there team has peaked and changes were made. We have yet to even get to the superbowl. If we stick with mediocrity thats all we will ever have. We need people to be better, this is stale and failing its time for more people to be rotated in and out and that starts with the head coach. I like the players Beane brings in and theres room for improvement but I think the head coaching ceiling has been reached and its just time.

I was confused when Bills didnt go for it with 20sec and a timeout. But thats just respect for Eagles defense and caution cuz Allen could force a throw and get intercepted . They got the ball and only scored 3. I thought for sure they were gonna run the ball down the field, a couple clutch catches and walk out with a W. But as desperate as Bills played..Eagles just executed better down the stretch.

Aren’t we way too tired of this team always coming up short in these pivotal moments? Tell me what sane Bills fan believed we were going to win this game with 1:52 left on he regulation clock? Tell me who thought this team would win in overtime? The Bills have been letting their fans down for over 50 years. I don’t believe things will ever really change with this organization until they get a no nonsense owner.

I’m an Eagles fan, and your team played their asses off, it’s just my opinion , that your coach is the way he is because he is from the Andy Reid coaching tree, when I say that I mean the old Andy Reid coaching tree when he was the Eagles coach, he never went for anything but 4th and 26 against the packers and that’s only because he was down to his last possible play, McDevitt seems to follow them rules, punt, kneel down, and don’t go for it, it’s called conservative, and that’s what’s holding you guys back, you got a good football team, but unfortunately it’s a good conservative football team

The AFC is wide open and we can beat ANYBODY!!!💯But over this bye week McDermott needs to figure out something for these final 2 minutes in games. Sean’s a career choker. Time in and time again Josh Allen has given this team the lead late and the defensive minded guru head coach plays it all too safe and loses. 16-0 lead blown lead in the playoffs, 13 seconds blown in the playoffs, 0-6 in OT games and too much more. Alone this year how many times has his defense had the lead late and lose? His defense made Mac Jones look like Joe Montana. It’s not the players, it’s Sean’s coaching. Sean McDermott is a poor man’s Jeff Fisher.

WHY ice the kicker in that situation?????? A near 60 yard field goal, pouring rain and they have to rush on the field to kick it and you give him time to gather himself!! Cmon

only coach with a tenure of 6 years or more than hasnt been to the Superbowl. His peers that were hired the same year as him (McVay and Shannahan) that are still HC on their current team have been to 2 each.

McDermott should take some blame, but part of the problem is Josh Allen. He's a good quarterback, but maybe McDermott's conservative game plan has to do with Josh Allen turning over the football is crucial situations.

McD is a nice guy, but not a SB Coach. Never saw so many important wrong decisions. 1. Use the 20 sec., 2. Go for the TD in 4th down in OT instead of taking the FG (which was at risk as well, after 2 missed FG‘s and still heavy weather conditions). Our D was out of battery and weren‘t able to stop the Eagles-Offense.

Last year against the Chiefs, with 13 seconds on the clock, the Chiefs tied and won the game. Against the Eagles, 20 seconds on the clock. 1 time out remaining, the Bills kneed out the clock. There were 3 plays before the clock ran out. Why not try, if the plays fail, then go to OT. Good bye Sean.

With the playoff picture on the line, we should have went for it on 4th down IMO. To say the offense should have done more is absolutely ridiculous. Your defense gave up roughly 27 points in the second half.

Someone pointed out that Sean McDermott has lost every overtime game in his tenure here (6) except one, the snow game against Indianapolis where LeSean McCoy scored with Nathan Peterman and Joe Webb as our QB's........amazingly poor!

The Situational Curse Continues... Situational football... We fail at it ALL of the time now. Not some of the time or once every few years. NO... Every time... We fail miserably at it. It is something we have not been able to shake, going as far back as the Houston Wild Card Loss. That was the 2019 season. You can make all sorts of excuses for this loss: The Refs, Bad Luck, Bea tup on Defense, Shaky Special Teams. Coach is right, it isn’t just one person, one play or one call or non-call. It is the 2021 season all over again but with the 2022 woes. In the situation we don't know what to do and how to execute it. Ok, maybe we do know “what to do,” but the execution of it is still a major problem. You can see it on Hyde’s face after the touchdown. “Oh, no… Not again…” Yes… Again… But what is our resolve? We have yet to actual figure this out. Lately, the last few games or even 2 seasons these meltdowns are happening ALL of the time now... Till we rise above these situations we won't get to the next level and now the playoffs are doubtful but... NEVER SAY NEVER... This is exactly how the 2021 season was. We lost a heartbreaker to the Bucs in OT, then went on our bye week and ripped off 7 straight wins to steal the division title and lose that crazy game to KC. I still BILLieve in this team and I will say if we do make the playoffs every team in the AFC and the NFC is gonna pay attention. We are not gonna be a team one wants to play in the playoffs, if we do get in. We are 2 games back if you count our last game at Miami as a win. That means we need to win out and Miami has to lose 2 other games during their schedule besides against us for us to tie and we win the AFC East by tie-breaker. Should be noted that Miami has 8 wins all against teams under .500. History says, Miami will crumble just like history says that the Bills were gonna blow that game last night. I do not always trust history in sports but more times than not, it is the correct assumption. That is why it’s a “historic moment.” With some other potential Wild Card teams faultering that could also be a path to the playoffs. Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Houston, Miami are all suspect. They have to keep their peddle down too. If we limp in it doesn’t matter. We’re in… If we make the playoffs in 2023 it is gonna be a “historic moment.” Josh Allen is playing at a high level. The offense is finding itself again and outside of KC and Dallas the defenses we will be facing are suspect. I also feel we match up well against KC and Dallas. If the O-line can continue to protect Allen we got a shot at those games. If we beat KC in 2 weeks, we are where we thought we’d be with splitting these 2 games. That was the goal, split them and try and smash Dallas at home. It is still there. We still have some control here but we gotta win these games and not leave them on the field, but when one is cursed it is extremely hard to get said curse lifted… The Buffalo Bills need Jaboo… I pray to Jaboo… I give him chicken wings, pizza logs, crown, Molson. He will come… He will come… (insert Major League Jaboo theme music) GO BILLS…

It seems like we made plays outside of the 6 plays that we needed to give us points. To have all those plays miss is bizarre and frustrating as hell.

We also need to stop and look at the the refs I believe that they should be penalized for calls that they don't make this right in front of them the horsepower on Allen would have put them on that cost compass interference on diggs that didn't get called where to give them a lemon Josh Allen ran the football for the first down and there was a face mask they didn't call if you ask my honest opinion the rest were all one-sided being a referee I understand that you don't see everything but when they happen right in front of you three feet away and you're looking at the play and the penalty does not get I believe the referee should be penalized
