Had to see how the new pit handled wings and I couldn’t be happier. Smokey, Juicy, Crispy and Full of flavor. These guys were soaked in my Buffalo Buttermilk, Dried, Rubbed, Smoked at 300, tossed in my Ghost Pepper Buffalo Sauce then back in the smoke to set and finish.

Buffalo Buttermilk:
2 Cups Milk
2 Tbls White Vinegar
1/2 Cup Buffalo Sauce
Spice:
Standard Meat Meth
Ghost Pepper Buffalo Sauce:
2 Sticks Butter (Half Salted, Half Unsalted)
1 Cup Texas Pete’s Hot Sauce
1 Tbls Ghost Pepper Sauce
1/2 Tsp Granulated Garlic, Granulated Onion, Celery Seed, Oregano, Black Pepper.
