I found out my fibromyalgia was caused by CIRS. I've managed to get it down to very manageable levels just by changing to a meat and eggs only diet. I have less pain now that I've had in 11 years! I really think CIRS is the main thing behind fibromyalgia. I soooooo feel your pain and brain fog! I am happy to be healing from CIRS and feeling better. I pray you feel better soon, too! I once had brain fog so bad, I forgot how to drive my car while I was driving!

@@PuzzCatLife this is amazing information and I am so glad that you shared it with me. I actually have never heard of CIRS and once I looked it up I could see that I’ve had most if not all of the symptoms sometimes all at once and sometimes at different times. And I’m sorry that you also experience that awful brain fog. Hugs.

@@TheBibliophilePuzzler Robin, just FYI I know a doctor in Southern NH who treats CIRS, biotoxin illnesses, tick borne illnesses. She turned my life around - actually gave me my life back - after decades of misdiagnoses (one of which was Fibro). If you want her contact info, just give me a shout. Doesn't hurt to have the information, just in case you need it at some point. All my best to you.
