Nilah is not immune to "all sources of damage" she is just immune to auto attacks and can share this to allies too if she passes through them.

You probably know this already but the nilah shroud is like jax counterstrike (dodge auto attacks) except that if she runs into any allies it also affects them.

Nilah doesnt become immune to all sources of damage. She dodges autos like jax and takes a hefty percent less magic damage while its active.
