I have mine rank 5 ascended, and I think the sig is what allows you to really utilize his power drain. That extra armor up means you can get 3 of them back in very quick succession. You fill a bar, opponent fills a bar, and you get 10 hits. Makes his flow significantly better and brings the kit together. I love mine, but definitely would agree that I wouldn’t rank an Unduped 7 star if you have any intent to use him on attack.
I feel supremely disappointed and I do not believe anybody can console me unless they can bang his code to make it do 100% more damage to make up for the worst playstyle in mcoc

People keep trying to use hulking in BG against my red skull and failing over and over. Best counters are neutralize champs. BWCV is probably the best red skull counter. Her sp2 gets rid of all armors. Magneto is useless.
Bwcv been useless since heavy hitters started getting stronger, if time didn’t matter she would be good but time is important so she is incapable of keeping up
The buff is good, the champ is only good as a defender.. don’t conflate the two things they are not the same. Red skull to be brutally honest has some seriously small damage and he is seriously struggling to keep up offensively.. I simply can’t afford to use him in my deck because he is just not good enough to make up for the dual threat he would have to replace
