I'm running mine with the Catharsis. I love it. Have you ever run the Pestilence with Ongoing Directive? Chest, mask, knees, holster, Contractor's, and a Walker Harris Wicked backpack. The OD chest gives you amped damage and Wicked is triggered by the Banshee pulse. I always thought the Pestilence was an exotic Negev. The top handle is folded down on the Carnage and Negev
Use Ongoing Directive. It has 30% reload speed. Stack it with status effects. Vile mask + Golan w/glass cannon. 700 to 900k ticks. But much quicker ticks. All you need to do is mow down elites to 1/3 of their armour left and watch them run into cover and die. Use crossbow specialization so you can get mender seeker. Play from cover and distance. They can’t rush you because of all the ticks going and how fast those ticks are eating into them This is a very common build. I might try Ongoing chest since it will be buffed to 50% amp next season.

Unbreakable Chest PC ( can be anything like Walker Harris. or Ceska/. or similar. anything CHD or CHC or Wpn DMG or a 2pc Providence defense and 1pc ceska or Walker// (1pc walker is 2pc cuz of Ninjabike backpack.. hmmm 😝 😑
@@AgentMetalKid-qj7ym - what are you trying to do with this build? If DPS, then it's not enough for heroic content. Chest and backpacks are your source of power. Ninja backpacks doesn't produce DPS, nor does unbreakable talent on chest Why stack status effect on my build? - Because you get status effects from 3 sources - the gear(bleed), the Pesty gun, and Vile mask.
@@thanhtong2281 The Pesti stacks aren`t a status effect, they are a debuff affected by weapon dmg. @topic i`m running OD with Vile mask + Pesti too and i like it. Just spread the love. :D
Yup. Especially with no real loss in per bullet damage. Stack rate will be amazing. ND will shred, it works pretty well with the new set as well and plays reasonably with the range directives since the DoT bounces all over the place passively.
Just had an idea completely irrelevant to the video. Division 3 Specializations have a semi class like function. You’d still be able to run whatever the fuck you want, it’s not limiting what gear you can use. But It can cap certain stats. Like a heavy class that focuses on tanks builds. You have a higher base armor before gear and mods are taken in to effect. And a high base LMG damage. But your skill tier would be capped at say 4 rather than being able to go up to six. And your movement speed would be more heavy and chunky. Maybe they add explosive weapons that you can equip to your primary and secondary slots. And then the specialized versions would function more like exotic variants. Which doing that they could add a better skill tree to promote higher build versatility in specializations. You could respec into an explosive build as a tank, or focus on shotguns with better movement speed, or LMGs with higher mag capacity and base weapon accuracy. Maybe they finally add a functional bipod that would increase accuracy and stability by 200% when aiming from supported cover (aiming over cover not around it) The technician would have access to an extra skill tier locked only to that specialization, meaning they can reach a base 7+overcharge rather than 6+overcharge. With trees focusing on team buff skills, damage output skills, enemy nerf skills, etc. however their armor would be capped at say 1.2 million or something. And they would have an average movement speed. And they could add a new specialization. That focuses on speed and damage output. Maybe they could have some sort of stim specialization weapon, considering they would have capped health and armor. They would be able to heal themselves on the go in a tight spot. They’d have a higher movement speed and trees focused on additional speed and Smg damage/fire rate. A higher health/armor cap with shotgun damage. Or even some kind of grenadier tree where they can put an under barrel grenade launcher on their assault rifles that convert their grenade to explode on impact. With increased grenade capacity and grenade regen every 60 seconds. Feel free to call this stupid but I genuinely think it would be so much fun. You’d actually be able to feel how different each agent plays in a team dynamic. Everyone would be a unique piece to a puzzle.
For Heroic or lower difficulty, especially when shooting REDS, you don't want the damage to be too high or you will never get 50 stacks on one NPC. When playing in a group, concentrate on GOLD, PURPLE, and heavies.
Always love pest, specially when we found how to scale the tick last time I played we ticked at 1.8mil. lol been so long. Used 3piece of the one that ramps rpm, the exotic mask, scale explosion dmg with rest of gear, use oxidizer and riot foam it would absolutely melt. Everyone always tried effect and skill dmg which had no effect to pestilence. The exotic mask that buffs effect and spreads is the key scale that with boosting your frag damage, higher your frag dmg higher your tick
Ninja Bike Knee Pads for the instant reload when you can leave over cover, its little armor give away and that of umbra's too. Not an every reload thing but better than the extra bullets those gloves offer.
I would love to see a big horn build used mainly as assault but high dmg on scope. I like that weapon a lot started running that on raids when teaching. It would melt boomer.

That’s actually my new strongest build actually I have a new build called the Saint Elmo‘s build umbra build , it’s a combination of Fenris Group AB gear pieces and umbra gear pieces along with the rugged gauntlets that build hits hard and it’s gonna hit even harder once I unlock the Strega

age old question. Lots of answers here, but biggest one is shoot first, kill first type dmg. But in this case, you get bigger dmg when cowering from suppression fire too. But I do love reliability and choose Memento for that reason alot. They can't take your stacks unless your dead.
There’s no way they are going to keep the Pestilence the way it was in the PTS. It’s game breaking overpowered. It was a lot of fun testing it out but I think we need to keep the expectations reasonable. Pestilence historically has never had the exact same base damage as the M249 because of the talent.
