Buffy/Angel/Riley - The Way I Loved You 

I loved Bangel and they are still one of my favorite TV couples. I feel like their love story is one of a kind and that they deserve to be together forever. Here's something that we can use in an argument with people who favor Spuffy and Biley: Sarah Michelle Gellar herself said that Buffy belonged with Angel. Besides that, Angel was and still is the only guy who can ever truly get her no matter how hard those other try. No matter how hard they try, Darla and Cordelia would never be able to understand Angel the way that Buffy does.

This song portrayed exactly what Buffy felt when she's with Angel... How beautiful their love is....

Riley's not that bad. He was very supportive, nice, and really loved Buffy. He SOMETIMES even reminded me faintly of Angel. But of course Angel wins :D He's her true love after all and Riley wasn't even close to that(Spike even got way closer to reaching Angel level). You gotta feel for him. Fits the couples perfectly by the way :)

Angel and Buffy are eternal love, loved the vid. No one can replicate what she had with Angel even another vamp with a soul, theirs was an epic love with so much passion it just flowed naturally. I still want their happy ending,

The sad thing is that it is true. We get bored (at least i do) with a happy stable relationship. We miss the crazyness and those feelings that leave us out of breath. We miss that rush or emotions of an intoxicating relationship, and that is what Briley shows us.

Love it! And I agree with @16buffy - I may never love Riley (I hated him when S4/S5 aired though) but now my severe dislike for Spuffy has made me look upon the Riley days with fondness lol.

Deep down, Buffy knew she didn't love Riley. Even when she told Angel she did, she only did that to hurt him. She said it herself: "I know it's nuts but ... part of me believes that real love and passion has to go hand and hand with pain and fighting." This is why Buffy loves Angel and has geniunely strong feelings for Spike. She's not meant for someone like Riley, she's meant for who she can relate to. A.K.A Angel and Spike.

As someone said along the way (I think it was Spike...), she likes a little monster in her man ;) Riley was just too boring and too nice. This song fits it perfectly.

Yeah... As a forever & always BAngel fan, I hated Biley because they were so forced, but I got it. She wanted something safe... And she wanted something her friends & fam wouldn't get all over her for... So under that premise I could tolerate it! But Spuffy? Nope, it's the ONLY pairing I hate with as much passion as CAngel! (I could've tolerated FrAngel, though.)
