5v5s from Buhurt Worldcup (countries other than US)
My lens took a hit from a polearm in one of these clips (it had trouble zooming afterwards)
It was raining throughout many of these clips, so you can see my umbrella enter the frame at times. My gear is about 8-10lbs, so holding it high above the ring in one hand while holding an umbrella in the other makes it hard to pan (I did my best, but panning is slower)
I removed footage of fighter injuries. Clips might end early because of this (they stop the fight and call for a medic)
A clip might start in the middle of a fight because matches are running at the same time. I would film one match then immediately run to the next

I wish they hung into the railing less. If it were maybe at an inconvenient height or ropes were used instead. I think it would be more enjoyable to watch that way.

probably more for crowd safety

well, they have made the top rail wider much like a bar or a long table so at least now they can't wrap the top rail.

The sport has mostly standardized the rail to be a table top with a certain height. Even if the team won't host an HMB event they will probably want one to practice with. Sleepy Hollow had a really low railing and some fighters thought that was dangerous (hips and knees when they go over) I've always wanted to see what it would look like if we removed the rail entirely. We would just have a marked circle with a larger safety circle beyond. If you go out of the inner circle then you're out of bounds. I think the fights would go really quick and new tactics would develop

@@timothyhines6220 you can kind of get an idea how it would be watching some SCA open field battles.

can you be a squire in this sport in australia and work your way up? I can't afford armour or weapns but i know i would be good at this. and I'm a hard worker

It depends on the team in Australia. They were super nice and talented fighters, so I would guess so. My team has free practices open to the public and we typically let ppl borrow weapons and gear if it fits them. I know other teams ask for dues in order to cover insurance, travel, and maintenance. You might get to train for free or you might need to pay for some team expenses. Some teams also require a certain level of physical conditioning before you can wear armor since it can be hard on your knees
