Actually it's missing rear muffler. Anyway, that makes it sound really awesome tho'. Listen to the power! Car's safe! Sound at the end was just me kicking something.
Miss my various Centuries of the years. Had 2.8multiport 3100 and 3300. 3.1 was fastest and quicker and torque wise but 3.3 could pull a trailer more easily and efficiently. The odd Century in good condition with low miles are around, but people want way too much. Best car I ever owned. I knew how to diagnose and fix and maintain everything. I change brakes, xwaterpump, fuel pump, power steering pump, water pump, rack n pin, everything except change out whole engine or transmission cause never need too. Great video, I closed my eyes, and it brought me back to a happier time. Thankyou. Sorry for babbling.
I have a 91 Buick Century and I just cut the muffler off because it had holes and was rusted... Its white and looks and sounds exactly like yours haha! Its like you took a video of my car! I'd love to send you a video
looks like a 94 Buick century 3.3L V6 - stock!!!! maybe open headers or maybe partial exhaust but these GM engines are notorious for being REALLY loud - like, a V6 sounding like a V8 no problem lol
It's a 1992. You're right, it's stock. And, yeah, it's only missing the rear muffler, nothing much. And, yeah, they are loud and the sound is amazing. ;)
I have a 91 Custom same engine has 65,000mi came with 4 Douglas all season stickered tires & new struts/shocks in trunk, put a full exhaust(a Walker muffler for a Cadillac[sounds amazing not like a lawnmower]shop didn't have one supposed go on in stock). I've put a top engine mount & a alternator plus 2 big cans of r-134 for a/c. Soon to replace power steering pump it's making bunch of noise, bought it for $700 & a no engine ford ranger. The Blue Turd not quite a true Buick couch, but she's a comfortable sexy little loveseat 🤣.
Well, there's a chance you might not like it, can't tell really. Go ahead and try! You have nothing to lose. But keep in mind that you'd probably annoy your fellow neighbors, so be careful!
It's missing only the last part of it... the far rear piece of it. Harmful? I suppose not... just make sure that the police won't like the sound too much. :D And maybe it won't allow you to pass the technical inspection if you have something like that in your area.
