Those aren't the usual A/C parts. I was waiting for you to tell me you were replacing the rear evaporator core (and blower motor depending on the year). GM sells all four rear A/C & heater pipes together in two halves so it doesn't really matter which ones are damaged. You'll be replacing all four anyways if they approve the job. 🙂
@@anthonynastasi4098 I'll take your word for it, but we've never replaced those lines at work (GM dealership). You probably get far more business from the older models (say 10+ years old) than we do. We've replaced dozens if not hundreds of rear evaporators though. We've also replaced hundreds of condensers in the 2014+ full size trucks too. We try to keep at least 10 of them on hand at all times because supply & demand can change very suddenly. We'll sell 5 in a couple days or they can be backordered for a few weeks when you need them the most. Lately, we've also seen some issues with the new condensers (GM p/n 19383805) where the trans cooler lines sometimes won't properly seat/lock into the new fittings. The first few times we just gave them a new condenser, but now it's happened enough that a couple of our techs just transfer the old fittings as a precaution. Obviously, they can't tell if they'll see that problem until the new condenser is installed so it beats having to pull the condenser back out.
