I doubt you're still watching comments on this video, but in case you do. I'm brush painting with acrylics, do you think I'll get away with not priming the small parts like you even though I'm not using airbrushed enamel/lacquer?
My next project is going to be a motorcycle. And I’m definitely leaning towards this one. Yours came out great. Can you easily take the plastic covering on and off to display the engine. Or is it covered for eternity?
Nice. I'm currently working on the same kit. I saw however you missed three things: decal Ducati logo front fender, decal on the red stand and the two footpegs ;-) But I guess you don't have these parts anymore, after two years
Hi Normally I paint in gloss color before clear coat. For matt color, I paint gloss clear on any color and then panel liner and finally matt clear coat again.
Hii how much did you spend in total to assemble this.model,including the paint and paint gun, basically all the required materials (and where u get them from). I am a newbie and would like to attempt building one of the motorcycle kits from tamiya!!
Hi, I think it would take a day to assemble and take more than twice times to paint including drying. You can easily find them at a any local hobby shop or internet like Andy's Hobby. Thanks.
@@plamodelstudio ohhh I see. Any tips for firdt time air brushing to paint the model? Like what are the other materials needed along with paints (eg. Paint thinner, primer etc)
