Kevin, I also am following your directions and building one this year for Halloween as well. Your 4 part series is a great tool for this project. Honestly, i couldn't of done it without your videos. Thank you...it's gonna be a great Halloween night.

Where did you get the black foam for the hump and legs? Home Depot or a fabric store?

I Thought when you put the padding around the foot part you brought the padding up even with the calf part of the pvc and hid it, but when you are putting on the creepy cloth the pvc part was up above the padding.. which one do I do?

I like the foam for the stilts even with the PVC cuffs. But, even if it's a bit lower the thigh wraps will cover the PVC.

Have you considered shaping the shoulder pieces into bowls so that they don't stick out, and blend in with the body?

I had not but many people are customising their walker as they like as the foam is so easy to model.

Without the detailed plans, about 5 days. You can do it in about 3 days, with the plan.
