Making sexual jokes or gestures to children and teenagers isn't annoying, it's highly inappropriate. Only a predator would think this was harmless. I almost see it as grooming too. The men of today drjve me insane, i dont Work at build-a-bear, but i can say as a junior in highschool, who is homeschooled and does a program w a lot of schoolwork and stuff, has six siblings, extra curriculars, church and almost two jobs now, people like us dont get paid enough to deal with this stuff. Her reaction was the right one. You never know what all people are going through, and a lot of us dont have the patience or time to deal with this stuff. Like fr i get paid 8 dollars an hour rn and went into work with a splint on my wrist cuz it was sprained. Please leave employees alone, we really dont appreciate stuff like this.
