地基是应该找挖掘机挖深点再做就好了，可能土是老土没动过，是实的。底楼防潮做的不错，这种方式。 还有河边没做护坡，要提前搞不然滑坡了就麻烦。 做混凝土现浇斜屋面更好点，木头的不耐用。
