It's truly amazing what can be built out of spare parts and discarded bits. This is quite unique. Now for the important question. How many people are wanting a cargo bike like yours?
This particular kind of cargo bike is pretty popular around my town (the steering linkage on this one is much better than what they typically use, too most of them use a pair of cables similar to what the brakes use) So I'd say quite a few folks want them. I've ridden one once, and they do take a little bit to get used to steering since the front wheel is so far forward. You get used to it, though.

I made a front wheel drive one from a regular MTB, a suspension bike and an old metal table frame. I can have it as a bike or trike simply by swapping rears at the pivot point.
I like the craftsmanship you put into your projects, including this bike. But, because of how far forward the front fork is positioned on the bike, it probably is a bit harder to maneuver compared to an ordinary bike. Add some cargo weight, and may it be even more difficult, especially if the cargo is top heavy. Obviously, you have to know the limits of the bike when deciding what cargo load to put on it. Nonetheless, it's a beautiful project. Keep up the good work!
well i too have one that was built by a bloke that knows what he was doing and i can tell you that it handles like a pig at low speeds, yes it will take a 150kg load but the frame starts to flex, the bike is more suited to straight lines, if you try to sharp corner, forget it !! and yes mine has a hub motor on it to help move the bike, without it i would have throw the thing in the bin years ago !!!

@@KwandoTechnic I do notice that you did not install a Brake Noodle for the front linear pull brake. I am not certain how well your setup without it will work. Perhaps with the long housing it will fine. The rear brakes appear to be old Suntour SE (self energizing). Those are a great brake for a long and heavy bicycle. Enjoy riding your creation.
Love this! Awesome reuse of old broken bikes, but is this style of cargo bike more efficient than just pulling a small bike trailer? Just curious as I've pulled a trailer but I've never ridden one of these style bikes. :)
If this kind of cargo is solid made this can carry so much weight than a trailer. I have two different kind of this trailers, one of one wheel which can carry up to 20-30 kg and other of twoo wich can carry 40-50 kg. The one of one wheel is really faster than the other systems, but the axl is really delicate. I travel a lot with this and broke two times in the middle of nowhere, wich is not funny The one of two wheels is really heavy to ride with. Instead, this kind of cargo bikes can ride fast and load lot of volume and weight, wich is so cool to work delivering or just carrying shits. #carryshitolympics 4ever
