How to Build a Cargo Tractor 168cc 6.5HP At home Upgrade Cargo Tractor to 196cc and CVT Gearbox, Led Bar, Reverse Gearbox. • Upgrade Cargo Tractor ... Thanks for watching, Have a great day !
Sorry to disappointing you but that's his living room and not his garage hence at the tiles floor ,99% of aseans houses are not design with a garage because most of them don't own a car and living space is a premium .
This guy is probably a local craftsman, building these one off tractors for sale. Quit hating him because he's talented, capable and has a well equipped shop.
I am actually jealous. Man if i had time and such a Workshop.... But lets not talk about how he stalled the drill press with that sheet metal drill. i hope for him that its stainless steel or else i wish he gets a better drill press
I don't know what worse someone welding in sandals or someone using a chain saw wearing sandals I worked for a guy doing tree work he would only wear sandals needless to I quit that job after only a couple of days lol
This man continues to amaze me with his ingenuity. No ' Precision ' but highly effective. So wish my Country would be this lenient in Traffic Laws. Sometimes to be ' Poor ' is a hundred times better off than our so called ' First World ' Stinking place.
This is really great! Many years ago I built my own motorcycle from parts. It took me, because of issues with finance and availability of some parts about two-years. But this is incredible! This builder is a true engineer adept in vocations normally outside of building the vehicle. I have some questions but for the most part I’m just in awe of this video, Great job!
Yea dude. That’s a boatload of aluminum and time. Not to mention the engine and break parts. To make this in the US I would expect 1.5 to 2 k In mats alone
Mario Kornof of course he has money he has almost 4 million subscribers!!! RU-vid pays. Good for him I just wish he could speak would make it a little more interesting for me..........
In Korea they had these 2 wheel tractors that were used in the rice paddies in place of the historically used water buffalo's.....these 2 wheel tractors had a large headlight for night farming and they had an attaching trailer where the owner could set on a seat instead of walking behind them...The Koreans could load up their whole families and go to town so the farmers used these as their transportation also...our nickname for them was the "One Eyed Buffalo"....very efficient and multi purpose! Your build would be a ringer if it had one headlight...then you could nickname it the "One Eyed Buffalo"....great build!
I've come to the conclusion that this man owns a manufacturing company and has free access to the supplies. He has the parts to build ANYTHING and sometimes he has 5 of the same part lol
@@iammaobaoxian9308 or ali express. It's the shipping costs that kill me if I wanted a lot of those parts :( At times they're 2-3 times what the item costs (plus GST and import fees. Australia sucks)
He never seems to be opening a kit tho. Just gos in to the back opens up a draw full of motors, another box full of motor controllers, then gos outback to a metal pile of angle iron and c channel..back inside to a room full of tires and motors
Wow, this micro tractor is certainly very functional and versatile! When an inventor has equipment and materials to play with, this is one of the results. Congratulations!
words can not describe how jealous i am that he just has everything there. i even try to replace the alternator in my truck and it takes 3 trips to the store for parts
Love watching you build these motorised goodies. Makes me want to go out and buy what I need to build this cargo tractor even though I don't even need it. Thank you.
amazing dude. you are good at work. three machines, welding, drill and cutter machine and that is about all of the assembly line. good job. keep it up. behind each successful man, a Lady is there. you have simply proved it. lol

“Some” The rest of the stuff came off the shelf components, with a knowledge of what fits what. For me as an engineer, I would lose a large amount of time researching components for compatibility, fitment and specifications. The fabrication of the framework is easy.
Just found this channel and I love it. I recommend listing specs like speed and weight, as well as prices for parts incase someone wants to build one themselves.
1- Yolda ön taraf çok sallanıyor, titreme yapıyor amortisör şart 2- Oturduğu yerin arka tarafına sünger yapmalı uzun yolda çok bel ağrısı çeker çukurdan,tümsekten geçerken zıplafıkça beli demire vurur 3. Ayak koyma yeri yapmalı ayaklarını güç uygulayarak orada tutuyor bir süre sonra ayaklar yorulur mutlaka ayak aşağı kayıp tehlike çıkarmasın diye yer yapılmalı 3- Yapabiliyorsa firen ve gazı ayağa alsın çünkü sürekli firene basarak gaz vermek eli yorar çünkü aynı zamanda direkliyonu çevirmek içinde güç uyguluyorsun 4- Bide römork ile motor bağlantı yerine esneme yapmalı römorkun bir tekeri tümseğe gelince motorla römork bağlantı yeri kasıntı yapar ve ve bu anda direksiyonla dönmek istersen direksiyonu zor çevirirsin bunada bir çare bulunmalı gerisi 10 numara olmuş malzemeden kaçmamış helal sana.. Senle ben kafaları birleştirsek neler yaparız neler kanal yabancı türkçe bilmez ama bir kalp koysa fena olmaz yani bende tamirciyim bu tarz işler yaparım..
yaw 168 ml motoru var dayı sen cıkmıs uzun yol diyon kaldı ki gaz koluna bastığı miktara bakarak motoru neredeyse tam yük altında kullandığını söyleyebiliriz dolayısıyla beli ağrıyacak kadar uzun yol yapması o minik 2 zamanlının zaten sonunu getirecektir
True They are used in rice patties to cultivate the fields. They also include a trailer for hauling people and goods around the community. I live in the Philippines and see them in different areas of the country. The tractor is like rototiller used in a garden to cultivate the soil. The part I do not like about them is when you have to turn a corner, you have to jump off of the tractor and swing the front wheels into the direction you have to turn. A steering wheel is so much nicer to operate.
-Keep the USA shut down for a few years and we will ALL need one, or pay the guy that does have one, to Uber/Lyft us and our goods for sale, to wherever street market we need to sit at each day, selling our yard grown produce, or other goods;)
Sky is the limit, so many details to add. Your build is so cool man, just makes me want to finish my go-cart project. I need a welding tho. If I had the equipment you have ooohh man I'd have a blast building. Thanks for the detailed build and awesome video. Can't wait to watch more of your cool builds.
There are plenty of kits you can buy shipped to you. It'd still be a better idea to form a kit yourself. Not hard to source parts, just keep track of dimensions.
If this were 1980 that statement would carry some merit. But with the internet, youtube, ebay and amazon by the end on the day you could know how to do this and have everything on order. I do stuff like this all the time. Good luck buddy.
I totally dig it. However it needs something to keep the feet on. A big bump going fast and a foot slips off and hits the road, and bang its under the rear axle and broken. Weld a small barrier to protect feet.
@Quirin -Appears to be a centrifugal clutch with with steel dogs, the ratio changing as demand, load and rpm fluctuates. Cushman and other popular scooters used more than one type, some belts, with others chain drive. Flogging them endlessly and they lasted countless years, with kids putting them through every imaginable abuse, like kids are prone to do. ;
that box section looks suspiciously like galvanized steel, let's hope not! his life expectancy would not be all that great if it was. great build! cheers for sharing.
your so creative and so attention to detail its amazing how that old crap comes back to life its just blows me away keep it up one of your fans the time is plain to see hulan
He's good at this and the workshop seems good too.......until you realize he's welding and working with steel in flip flop "shoes".....and his cut off saw is on the floor....Still, very well done! You really did a nice job on this.
I cannot say enough on how much I love your work. A fantastic result. That has to be a good feeling to take something that did not exist until you cut the metal and shaped it the way you want it. That's an excellent skill to have.
we had a thing like that at my old work, just with a bit less building. the engine unit was just a petrol tiller with the blades replaced with wheels and the rear was a light car trailer (in the 350kg range) with the hitch replaced to be compatible with the pivot at the rear of the tiller was built by the colleagues at the motor pool maintenance (city technical service) and was great fun to use for hauling stuff around the technical center, would also work on the road if necessary, just that the other road users weren't exactly happy as it was quite slow
+1 for the safety flip-flops, you don't see enough of these in the engineering industry nowadays lol All jokes aside though this is a brilliant project. I'd love to have a parts/scrap bin as extensive as this guys.
