This tutorial is shorter than others but rich with information! I'm just getting started with Python as a language, only knowing the basics, but this is getting me excited to learn and do more. Thanks, Sven!!!!
Hey man. How far with learning python? I am also a beginner learning python. And looking to connect with other python developers to learn and build together with.
@@izzyjobe9757hey , I am too looking for other Devs to connect with and learn together I am at intermediate level in python and making a lot of project right now.
I am an absolute beginner @@izzyjobe9757 it's nice to see people trying to get in touch with someone in the comment section usually people are just bickering here and anyone who's being nice or civil just gets ignored. Where are you from BTW I'm from Himachal it's a State in North India.
I was really scared on how to create a website coz I have no idea about python, but you my friend, nailed it. I totally understood everything. and now I have big and good website. Thank you soo much!! I appreciate your hard-work.
Thanks Sven, I'm just new to Python, and this is probably the fastest way to build a one-page website I have ever seen. Look forward to more tutorials from you! 😇
Mr. Sven, Aside from your impeccable teaching style, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your generosity in sharing all the essential and extremely important resources..... "Anaconda Navigator" and the treasures embedded within..... I'm new to python, and although it's a relatively easy language to learn, I've had my ups and downs with finding my way around. So you should have a good idea of how happy and grateful I was to find your video and ultimately the tools that gave me a big boost towards making my learning journey a lot smoother. Wish you a long, full and prosperous life!
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm really glad that my videos have helped make your Python learning journey smoother. I appreciate your well wishes. I also wish you all the best! ♥ Happy coding! 🚀
Hi Sven, just wanted to drop a line and thank you for all the great content you put up! I watched your videos on this long weekend and learnt so much about streamlit and plotly. :) This website project was fun to to do this morning :) I also like your videos on automating things using excel and python. Love to see more videos from you!!
Ah, you're making me blush! Thanks for the kind comment, and happy to hear you're enjoying the videos! Comments like yours are motivating me a lot to create more videos. Thank you very much! I appreciate it! Happy Coding!
I know nothing about Python, didn't even had a code editor, but thanks to your video it was SO easy !!! Thank you so much Sven your content is amazing ! +1 subscriber and will share !
This is a legitimately amazing tutorial. Short, straight to the point, entertaining and well presented. thank you so much Sven. I'm still new to Python and have a question, is it possible to use Beautiful Soup within the Streamlit website, so for example, a user can press a button that triggers a beautiful soup function that collects data from another website and then displays it on the Streamlit one I'm building? Hope that made sense.
Thanks for the kind words! I am glad you enjoyed it. Regarding your question: That sounds possible, but I am missing the time to code out an example for you. That said, it might be great (learning) project for you :) Happy Coding!

@@CodingIsFun Hello, I have a permenant external url with 8501 port just like in your video. I want to use this on another website but the external url is not secure/https so I cant useit in . How did you deploy it your app to a https url just like in your demo website you shared.
Hi Sven. Since streamlit doesn't really give you much of an overview of how many people visited your web app. It just shows self generated, anonymous names of people that visited, which isn't really enough. Will you consider making a video in the future where you show us how to connect a streamlit app to something like Google Analytics to get more focused results on the app visitors. I would really appreciate something like that. Thank you for the great videos you put out there.I know it takes a lot. Thank you very much.
Hi Arnoldt Visagie! Thanks for the suggestion! I haven't considered making a video on that topic, and I can't make any promises, but I've noted it down. Thanks for watching and sharing your ideas! :)
Hi coding is fun I really need your help when I try to run my project on the browser it doesn’t work . I am trying to build a website for my mom can you answer asap pls
Thanks for watching. Unfortunately, with that bit of information, I cannot help you. You might want to take some time to write down which line of code is causing the error; let me know if you have modified the code from the tutorial, explain in more depth what you did to troubleshoot the problem and provide some more context. Thanks!
Hi I did every perfectly and I follow everything in the video but when I run my program in the terminal or command prompt it tells me that streamlit requires raw python and that the provided file has no extension. I don t know what to do
Subscribing you, just because you said python and VBA 😘😘😘...subscribed it the moment I heard VBA...but after watching full video it's worth it....will be watching as much videos as possible from your channel.....Thank you for the worthy content
Coding is not fun anymore. With big companies already releasing years of work in AI, employers are not impressed by some project you can build since AI can already do it and they have access to it. I wasn't even born when this companies started their massive projects. I thought being a responsible student and working extremely hard could get me places, but now even the laziest guy can just do an entire AI-powered app with less than 50 lines of code. What do you think is the best path to stand out since AI is as normal as cleaning your own shoe? I was definitely born late.
Yeah u are right bro... But u will know that ur effort gonna change something... Engineer can't work without basic, so then you have the basic... Don't give up okay?
I would disagree to an extent. Yes Ai can do a lot that we can now maybe even faster than we can but man knowledge is still more sawed after you need to think of a project that is unique to you and not what everyone’s already doing
Sven, today I came across with your channel, by this video, wait until I finish the University and get a job, I will buy coffee for you! Just, thank you!
Thanks a lot Sven, that was really helpful. Actually it's the first video that I am watching in order to start implementing web interface for my project and you already gave me a lit of ideas about. Thanks again ❤️
Thank you for the great video, do more please, you're extremely efficient in delivering information and as a begginer to programming I found this video to be extremely useful and educational
Hello MR.Sven..! Eagerly Anticipated To Kick Start My Journey In Streamlit , Thanks For These kinda Useful Videos . Can I Use This(streamlit) For Final Year Projects sven
Thank you! I'm happy to hear that my videos are helping you. Of course, feel free to use this code for your project. Good luck and happy coding! Cheers, Sven ✌️
Hey, were you able to upload the animation from lottie? I went to lottie and I do not see any URL links I can copy and add to my code to. I am not sure what to do.
@@CodingIsFun i created a file named style. And created a file named style.css inside. But it's not the first time this happening to me. Python always a problem linking my files.
Bro sven i am having the problem at first step only I create a text file and typed the codes you wrote the the way you are showing to open my website mine is not running pls tell me a solution
@@CodingIsFun bro i am having problem to import streamlit when I type streamlit in my cmd it's shows "streamlit is not recongized as an internal or external command" Why is this happening
@@Nader_shah-r9y Hard to tell from a distance. My closest guess is that you are getting this issue because you are trying to import a module of a library which is not installed in your virtual environment. If you have run 'pip install streamlit' already, ensure to call your Python file from the same environment in which you installed the package. For example, in your IDE/text editor, you might have set a different Python environment for executing your script. Therefore, try to run your Python file also from the command prompt. If that does not work, try searching for the text of your error message on Google/StackOverflow. Happy Debugging!

Hi Sven , I’ve recently got to an problem during my web coding . In the VS code , in the animation part of your video 5:39 , in line 15 , it says for me that load_louttieurl is not defined. But I did all the steps write and I don’t know what’s the problem . Can you help me please ?
Could you please clone the repo and try again? I assume you are missing the following function: def load_lottieurl(url): r = requests.get(url) if r.status_code != 200: return None return r.json()

@@CodingIsFun Hey Sven The thing is that after I run my code it says warning: to view streamlit app on a browser, run it with the following command: Streamlit run C:/Users/Muizz/PycharmProject/Mywebpage/app.py [ARGUMENTS] It dosent bring the local host and network url, I don’t know why
A useful and well explained video. Would you consider doing a tutorial video where you show how to upload the website created to a Cloud host provide like Google Cloud, Amazon AWS and Azure, using python and an API?
Thanks for watching and your suggestion. Currently, I only have tutorial on how to deploy your Streamlit website to Render: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4SO3CUWPYf0.html I hope it helps! Happy Coding!

I want to deploy a streamlit app which is based on machine learning model of brain tumor detection but for deployment my github isn't accepting model.h5 files as it's too large (300mb). soo, without working with github repo, how can i deploy a streamlit app.
Thanks for watching. Consider using Git LFS (Large File Storage) for your model or host the model separately on platforms like AWS. Then, link to it in your Streamlit app for deployment.
Thanks for watching. You could use the Streamlit Community Cloud or Render, as shown here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4SO3CUWPYf0.htmlsi=9E9ELlV2COShvg23 Happy Deployment! Cheers, Sven ✌️
Thank you so much for this video! helped me so much to set up my now beautiful site, though i have an issue with the images on the deployed version of my website, it says it doesnt know such a file even though i added it to the github repository.
Thanks for watching. Happy to hear that you found it useful. Please check your image file paths. You want to use relative paths, instead of absolute ones.
I used your tutoriel to build an online portfolio to apply to a master's degree and it was super easy thanks to your tutorial ! Thanks !! But I struggle to put it online. I've created a new repository on my Github and putted the files inside, but when I go on the streamlit sharing page I always end up with error messages... Do I need to do something specific ? Thanks you so much !
If i add images or something else to the folder in dir, my vcs says: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'style.css' . and more like that.
Hey there, thanks for watching the video! I'm sorry I can't help you with your problem based on the information you provided. To give me a better idea of what's going on, it would be super helpful if you could write down which line of code is causing the error, let me know if you modified the code from the tutorial, and explain in more detail what you did to troubleshoot the problem. Don't forget to also give me some context about your setup and environment. If you're having trouble figuring things out, another option is to join our Discord server at pyhtonandvba.com/discord. You can ask your question there and maybe someone in the community can help out. Thanks for understanding.
Hi, i followed every step of the code, but i got stuck at the images part. It just wouldnt work for me it keeps saying " 'unicodeescape' codec can't decode bytes in position 2-3: truncated". What could be wrong.
The error "unicodeescape' codec can't decode bytes in position" usually occurs when there are backslashes "" in the file path. To fix this, you can use the pathlib module to create a file path, which is more robust and platform-independent than using raw strings or forward slashes. Here's an example of how to use pathlib to create a file path: from pathlib import Path image_path = Path("C:/path/to/image.jpg")
thanks for the amazing job!I added some text input and select box in the WHAT I DO sections, but style of these parts are different with whole page what should i do?
