it depends on which type of software you want to build, if it's consume a lot of ressources ( video editing software, image processing software ) then I won't recommend using flutter, but for simole software thag deals more with data and backend services ( chat server, news app, note app ) then flutter can be a great option to start with, bit as soon as the app grow you may find yourself obliged to move to another solution
