I think you asked essential part of woodworking process so it is hard to give you detail answer with only comment. In short, First, 4'x8' birch plywood sheet is too heavy to lift and push on tablesaw. It is unstable and dangerous. Instead of moving plywood, moving saw(plungesaw) on lying plywood. It is stable and safe way for cutting 4'x8' heavy and large sheet. Second, I use tablesaw for accurate and repeatable cutting. I can do that with plungesaw but it needs much setting and measuring work. but with (well tuned) tablesaw, I just need to move fence to wanted positions. Third, I used sled to cut long and narrow stock to wanted length. If I didn't use sled there is high possibility for occur kickback and injury. I hope you were satisfied with my answer. I can't find the way to cover bended section with edge banding film either. but I think thin piece of wood shaped as bended part may be works.

Use solid wood edge banding for the whole thing, not iron on stuff and cut to that contour, you can cover the kerf cuts inside as well with veneer to completely hide the process, Michael alm has a good video about it

안녕하세요. 저는 톱날간 간격을 3mm 정도로 하고 톱날 높이는 남은 부분의 두께가 1.5mm 정도로 얇게 했습니다. 남은 두께가 3mm 정도였다면 굽혀지는게 아니라 부러질 것 같네요. 별도의 수분처리를 하시는 분도 계시던데 저는 그냥 간격 3mm, 남은 두께 1.5mm 정도로 했습니다.

Thanks : ) I didn't cover bending section intentionally. I think it is kinds of design. If I should cover bendind section I'll use thin piece of wood that cutted with same shape of bending section.

해당 동영상 설명에 관련된 내용을 적어놓긴 하였으나 내경을 구하는 부분은 구체적으로 언급해놓지 않았습니다. 질문해주신 참에 다른 분들도 궁금해하실 수 있을 것 같아 커뮤니티 메뉴에 이미지로 그려서 올려두었으니 참고해주세요. 결론적으로 내경은 실측하지 않고 밴딩될 부분의 반지름, 합판의 두께, 내부 선반이 결합될 홈의 깊이로 계산하였습니다. 밴딩부의 반지름을 50mm로 정하고 밴치 상판의 평평한 부분 길이를 T, 합판 두께 18mm, 합판 턱 깊이를 5mm로 할 때 내부선반의 길이는 T+(50x2)-(18x2)+(5x2) 입니다.

I'm so sorry. I have no plan now because I only drew rough sketch and after building I discarded it. Overall size and position of cutting for kerf bending explained in description. I hope those infomations are helpful to you.

Utter nonsense, had his hands been in the wrong place he'd of lost a finger. Seriously! Any one with any degree of common sense knows that if you concentrate, know your kit, know the material you're working with and do all this in a space with as little distraction as possible not much will go wrong. Think ahead and be conscious of the sharp spinny thing!! That's it.. it's not rocket science. Stupid people who have no place even using a table saw are predominantly those who get caught out.. for goodness sake I've had no formal training I've been using table saws and other huge pieces of kit for 30 years and not once have I had any form of accident. There's always one person who has to point out that in their opinion the person in the video is doing it wrong.. it's pathetic and utterly ridiculous. The guy did a great job, and as far as I was concerned stayed far enough away from the blade for him to feel safe! Not you! Him!
