Wow yours is cool! Im making a big haunted birdhouse to sell for halloween. Made a curved roof by taking my small strips, and placing a few washers between them, and stapling them between the spaces to make a board with 16th inch spaces between each slat, then you have a bendable slat. After enough upward bend till one of each side is at 90° then glueclamp together at the ends. Once glued together you can bend so that the middle glued 90°, and after the opposing roof ends are 45° the gaps between the slats should be gap free due to the roof bend.😁just make sure you dry run by holding them together against a board that represents the length of the width of the birdhouse + a bit for the overhang. So that you don't use too many or few pieces
