In Northern Virginia a good majority of kids are playing both travel and little league from 8u-12u to chase the little league World Series or their travel team goes to Cooperstown. Then at 13 & 14u kids will play middle school baseball in the spring and travel ball. There is a lot of politics in baseball here so parents feel they have to do it all. As a coach that has loved Driveline I have been doing on boarding phases every season and have my players mark how much they are throwing every day in a google sheet. Its not the best way to track everything but its a start and least expensive on parents who pay a lot on baseball unfortunately every year. I spend a lot of my own money in order to get my team bands, plyos, wrist weights and even got a couple Pulse sensors last fall. A slow journey to try to get more of my local community to buy into plyos/arm care/on boarding for youth athletes. Thanks for putting all this content out, I learn so much every time
