I remember how i made my first lego suspension rig as a kid. I used retracable pen springs and put each side in a long peice with the holes in it, it took some sideways blocks and making a hinge but it ended up looking like the drive shaft of a lifted truck in the end. But elastics are cool too.

Great creativity! That's an awesome idea! Flexo tendons are actually made from silicone (they might appear to be like elastic!) and they add another dimension to your building. You're never to old to get into construction bricks again...just sayin'... 😉

Quite right, they did have some funky little suspension bricks. They're still occasionally found floating around on Ebay in fact, although often a little pricey. The nice thing about Flexo though is that it isn't JUST vehicle suspension - it can be anything! Welcome to the world of a flexillion possibilities! 😉

You can use the the black tendons - absolutely! You'll get a slightly stiffer suspension - probably more like a race car 😎

I would buy these, but *please* find a cheaper way to manufacture them. I simply cannot pay $65.28 for 225 pieces. I really think this is an innovative concept, and if it was cheaper I would definitely buy these. Have you looked into using flexible 3D printer filament? It's pretty inexpensive

They used to make a nifty little suspension unit which is now pretty rare and mostly found on Ebay. Luckily Flexo is useful for more than just vehicle suspension!

These are Kiwi-made stand-alone bricks called Flexo which are also (obviously) compatible with LEGO! The world of flexible brick construction is here!

Many do. Many also recall when they stopped making it and the only place you could get it was on Ebay at inflated prices (that's 2018, btw). Probably worth mentioning that vehicle suspension is just ONE application for Flexo. Check out some of our other vids 😎
