It's called "negatives". I have used negatives since I first started training at 14. I was benching 300 pounds in high school because I would lift just slightly too heavy and have my spotter pull about 10 lbs and then I would do a well controlled lowering of the weight which quickly allowed me to gain strength.

How to get ripped and hard as iron fast. Genius. You don't have to workout like this forever. You can always add mass anytime between as well. Each to they're own. But these type of exercises does work. You can mix your routine and add powerlifting too. Listen to what he's saying again!
I couldnt agree more! Try holding the weight, flex your muscle and hold it. Try that a few times! Get ready for the burn baby burnnnn! Gonna love it. Try short cuts on the benchpress for 10 sets. While holding the last two reps for 10 seconds each etc. good luck! ✌️
