Love your content bro! I noticed most people post about lead guitar tones, so I would love to see a video about rhythm guitar tones. I play mostly rhythm guitar, using the lower strings to support my lead guitarist. But many times I feel that my sound gets lost in the mix

Sometimes we have to hold back because it's church. If I were playing a concert, oh yeah I'll be all in with more riffs and stronger lead lines.

@@AllAboutWorshipGuitar i’m just saying “alt rock” needs more riffs. sounds good but alt rock is not the first thing that comes to mind as far as style is concerned.

Its really hard to connect the dots between Rock Music and Church Music. Some rhythms even with good lyrics still sound inappropriate for Church Music

I hear you. Especially when the songwriter and arrangement try "new" (actually existing) rock styles for the first time. There was quite a stir caused when Elevation first did "Might Get Loud" and "Lion".

@@AllAboutWorshipGuitar It looks like a mockery. You know 95% Christian but there is that 5% that will bring seed and polute the psychology. While I like upbeat music but imagine headbanging/jumping and shouting Jesus. So awkward! Its kind of disturbing.

I do like to think that the default posture of worship is awe and reverence (making me want to bow down or stand in stunned silence), but perhaps there are times God is pleased when we “let our hair down” and dance with all our might. Kinda like how I love it when my kids dance to music, despite how rowdy and uncoordinated they are.

@@AllAboutWorshipGuitar When someone does it without full knowledge how headbanging associated with evil music, then it would be a minor sin. However, being fully aware of it yet still rocking oneself to the tune of those awkward rhythm, then it would seem still a mockery.
