I do 300 reps daily, been increasing by 10lbs every 30 days, started at 50lbs now at 120lbs. Trying to get to 400lbs so I can hold my weight while climbing.

man this video has been helpful. I already got like 6 months, where 4 were really consistent mon-fri 4 sets of each variation and now I can do 200lb grippers and my forearms of course got really vascular.

This is a good tutorial. I needed to increase my Pull Up reps from 9 to 12. Just doing these exercises helped me break that plateau.

I do underarm ex (hand squeezer adjustable) also when I take a sunbath. Yoga/Calisthenics/sun salutations too etc.

So with this gripper exercises...we don't need to do any other forearm exercises? I have a 40kilo one...how much do Sets and reps do you recommend for it? And I can continuosly do the reps at 40kg...so should reduce the resistance as you said or is it necessary.

Bro amazing video. When I try to do the Flexed grip, my wrist aches a bit, am i doing something wrong or did I bend it too much?😅 Also, highest resistance is beyond my capability right now. My arms are too weak and thin 😅 I don't think I have those muscles or they might've developed a bit😂

Hey, I've bought one for myself but it only has 1 weight and that is 150 lb (68kg) because they didn't have any other. I can squeeze them each 5x and hold them for around 10 seconds while rotating. How many would you recommend that I do in total per day because I don't want to end up doing too much and having really bad forearms. I will increase to 10x per set or more when I slowly get some more strength.

3 sets while changing the resistance from heavy to low is good...maintain the rep range which is around 90% of your failure, and as you becomes strong the resistance or reps can always be increased.

Its because your left hand might have less strength compared to the right one as it's your non-dominant hand...its totally fine in some days of practice you will feel the same at both arms.

If your fat percent is less there is a possibility..but I would suggest you to add other arm workouts(bicep,triceps etc) as well.

2-3 secs is enough ..anyway we are doing the holding exercise with other variation which you can find at the end.

@@vaibhavpipaliya1163 You can do anyway if you do consecutive exercises for the same hand you might need more rest time,instead go for other hand during that time so that the earlier one can recover and you also save total time.

If you are regular with other exercises(gym,bodyweight) I wont suggest doing it daily,add it 2-3 times a week and allow some time for your forearm muscles to recover.

Yes that's a good way to start,start with low and let your tendons and ligament adapt to the stress.
