lol you haven't seen reality over there. there are leeches in the river and that's the same river they poop and piss. that's just the tip of the iceberg. not to mention the goverment will keep track of everywhere u go, u have to report to the local police station of your passport. the hotel also report u to the police hence why they take your passport. no foreigner can own property in vn. they welcome u to bring in dollars as much as u can and want to but u cannot take usd cash out of the country. the country is currently share same crisis with china since they're brother in communist. they share same chinese vaccine so they still have a lot of covid cases over there but the government will claim they only have two cases while the chinese will claim they have two cases. if you open your opinions about their government then they will take you away for "trying to overturn their government". even if u managed to rent a place by the river in peace there will be undercover cops drive by and stop by outside your place to monitor you. Every local will flocks after u claiming their family are dying of cancer or they don't have food or no money or their kids or mom will die, they will milk you for every penny the minute you step off the plane. u have to bridge the custom officer, the baggage checker, the door opener, the metal detector guy, literary everybody you will encounter. you will never pay the original prices for whatever you going to purchase because they'll rip you off for 3X - 5 times as original price from old to young they will smiles in your face while robbing u. and their first words is "where u from, wat do u do, do u have a wife?" lmao they all want to milk u and for that green card .
