Hi Wayne.. may I suggest if you're cutting small parts off a sprue to put a towel down? The small parts won't bounce - as much - on a soft towel - as they do on a hard cutting mat. That being said the masking tape idea seems to work well :)
Hey Wayne I built this car on a racing game I played. I had it almost fully restored but never got to finish the game. The build looks good so far. I just realized that the infinity war gauntlet is left handed. It was on Thanos's right hand. Lmao! Have an awesome week
@@WorldofWayneUK I've looked at it it's lovely...I've been building models all my life. Always wanted a big Michael Conti type car model. I love the Ford GT, but it's level of detail compared to this and others is a little disappointing.
I know that Ferraris are supposed to be wonderful cars, and no slight against the model, but those are the cheapest looking doors I've ever seen. I've seen Yugos that had more substantial windows and is that a strap being used as a door handle? Soapbox derby cars have better mechanics.
Hello Aztecdummy...I watch you on Wayne's sight all the time... I have actually sat in this car in Italy at the Ferrari Museum... The car is very ...how can I put this... expensively -cheaply made...lolol 🤣🤣🤣🤣 In other words...the car originally cost thousands to make to a Ferrari design that had to be also light weight for racing... I tapped the walls of the doors and said... "$28 million for this... sounds a little hollow too me"... Some laughed...others didn't...lolol But the doors are exactly like they are on the real car...as is the windows and I think most everything else...but I haven't seen the rest yet... The body style is beautiful in person... I ordered this and just got my first box today and I ordered the blue deluxe also ... Remember also this is like the Porsche 917KH... They weren't built for comfort...they were built for racing and the Porsche rattles alot too ... I've been in it after Steve McQueen did LeMans... I've been a cameraman in Hollywood for over 40 years now and did alot of photography around the world for magazines... But it's a beautiful car in person... I'd take it over any Ferrari today... except "Magnum P.I.'s"...lolol Well... maybe both.. Lolol 🤣🤣🤣🤣
