It's an amazing cad program. Why use anything else unless some old-fashioned company requires Autocad. I think I dropped Autocad with the 2000 release.
You are awesome - I get why you are so nervous when using tools and extensions - I have already learned that after going through two classes and having about 24 panic attacks in the process that you have to be patient or it may make you reset your PC - thank god for Sketchup autosave the last project open. The beginning of your presentation is so inspiring though.. I worked for a company that had the exact The instructor still makes it look easy even though he will say you may have trouble with an upgraded version or older version - or have no answer for why an extension won't work. Or why when you export a drawing from Sketchup to Autocad it won't import correctly. Mine imports with no layout version and the worksheet tab have a drawing but everything is broken out into blocks- nothing like he said it would work nor did he try to resolve the problem.
I think you can also use Windowizer4 or Latticeizer to generate the mullions which is much easier because it will simply take any shape of a face and turn it into mullions and glass
