I’ve been telling people for years that the Skar RP 2000 - 800 amps doesn’t sound good on lows. The Skar RP 3500 & 4500 sound good and hit lows better , because they have more settings and better Chinese internals. But all of the Skar SK mono amps sound good and hit the lows. I owned both of the Skar SK 4500 & RP 4500, the SK 4500 is way more efficient but the RP 4500 is slightly louder on music, but has terrible efficiency that’s the only drawback. You’ll probably spend more money running the RP 4500 than you would running the SK 4500 because of the extra electrical you would have to run with the RP 4500 lol. I kept the RP 4500 because I can manage the voltage
I agree with ya I had 2 rp 2ks on my 2 vxfs and felt like it couldn't get low box makes a huge difference after the 2 rp 2ks I tried SKV 3500 then SKV 4500 on same subs in skar prefab then also in a 5cf 32 Hz box and skv deff had better lows because of the settings and the bass boost dial instead of the switch the rp 2ks had

@@FromAshesWithin228 Well if you have a lithium battery then you can add extra grounds and powers from it to the amplifier but I wouldn’t suggest running this amp without the proper electrical setup. It has dual inputs for a reason. If you have an upgraded alternator and at least 3 agm batteries you should be good.
@@FromAshesWithin228 Do you have an upgraded alternator? If not then that amp is gonna suck those batteries dry and not be able to replenish it. It may work for a short while but it takes power to make power. I’d suggest wiring to 2 ohm or maybe 1. Not .5 till you get your electrical on point.
Much better than the RP’s. It would be even better if I wouldn’t rise to 3.4 ohms. Maybe my next build will be better. Its tough stuffing so much gear in a small car and making it sound and look good.
@@WAT3VATVUSA I have a 320a alternator with a pcm bypass regulator and a voltage knob. I don’t have any experience with the batteries you asked about. The Fusion has a 70ah Cmax.
