Build Your ABS (30-Min Total Body Strength Training) | Joanna Soh
Building a STRONG CORE is the first step toward making maximal gains in strength and power, and performing any kind of skilled athletic movement. Believe it or not, you can build rock-solid core strength without doing crunches! These are 7 total body strength exercises which will also activate your core muscles, build strength and get your heart rate up!
Exercises
1) Reverse Lunge - Shoulder Press
2) Plank Row - Knee Tucks
3) Bridge Fly - Reverse Crunch
4) Spiderman Push-ups
5) Rotational Plank
6) Superman Squeeze
7) Y-Scap Jump
Duration: 28 Mins
Sequence: 7 exercises - 3 Circuits (40 secs Workout - 20 secs Rest)

I just completed your 8 week program. Before I was 65 kgs and after following your routine i am 62.6 kgs. Although I skipped for few days towards the ending weeks but for the most i was actively doing it and stayed disciplined. Thank you so much💖💖💖

Its been a month dat i hv started to watch ur videos ..and followed ur beginners cardios and walking workout ...i hv been on my journey of weight loss for quite a while ...and used to do exercises a lot and hired trainers ..but believe me ur workouts are planned in such a manner that i can feel the strength in my body these days ..thank u so much ..❤

I don't know how could you manage to talk while you're doing such a high intensity work out, I was unable to breathe, my lungs gave up and I was shocked that you are talking.

Hi Manisha! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a man and I started this lesson but it was so difficult 😞I could only manage with 1 lb (half kg) dumbbells but my arms just gave up and I stopped at around the 9 minutes mark in the 1st round only😟I wish I can be strong, muscular, and empowered like all the women here are!!
