Great video! you don't always have to link the blocks with a line, or even set the variable to { last utterance } you could just go to 'actions' , 'go to block ..' It will look neater.
Which is better voiceflow or botpress? what is the ideal case for each of them? which is better in long run , customization , pricing ( anything close to free ) ?
I've been using Voiceflow, mainly because they are aiming to build more on the platform itself, whereas Botpress is investing more into the integrations.
Hi. Thank you for this. The insight is a big help to better understand VF capabilities. As for bot#3, I followed your instructions and bot retuned a URL the fist time. To prevent this, I added a note in Block 4 instructions "Do not provide URL". When I tested, bot returned '...the reference does not provide any details...". A few minutes later, I tried again with the exact same prompt and the bot provided a good paragraph summary without a link which is the outcome I wanted. So, why do you think there is inconsistency? Perhaps, it's actually a latency issue. Not sure.

how do i get to that voiceflow documentation page? I've clicked on your link but cannot find that specific page to get the links necessary for the API block. and when i log in on the link in the video description I'm just took straight to my voiceflow dashboard.
Ok do i need create new variables named question and answer in make where you populated the the 2 fields in 1:04:32. In free version you can't make a new variable
You need to send a request to the Webhook with you values from Voiceflow, once you've sent the request and Make has received it, then you will see the variables in Make.
Can range quite a bit, but I would recommend at least $3k+ each. You want to make sure that even if the client requests several small adjustments you are motivated to fulfill them.
are these chatbots actually what you are selling or are you doing any complex/big automations? I would love to see a video on UI for these bots as in many cases a bubble in the corner isn't applicable. Keep up the community service!
I upsell internal automations for a variety of needs, mostly builds using Make. I've also got another video where I built a custom web interface for the VF chatbot using Webflow.
Hey, if you take the code snippet I showcased on Voiceflow and place this code within the body of the HTML code, it will show up. Most website providers have a section just for this where you can copy the code. Hope that helps!

Hi, you need to run the webhook first, by sending a request with the data, then these fields will automatically pop-up on the side box and you can drag them into the right boxes.
for the part where we can add the source link do we need to do the steps with chunk for every url in the knowledge base. And in a url each chunk should be added
@@brendanautomation basically the main thing is I am not being to able do that part (adding source link) when i send request instead of showing the chunks and dot content it shows 401 error. (I am using the free plan)
