My dear you are absolutely Correct. Im a builder myself But I will be honest. There are two types of people who buy ready made fully constructed houses. One who don't have the mind and heart to take this headache and have money to spare. And those who are in great urgency because of any reason! So its actually personal comfort against Economy!

6 crore home with basement is cost otherwise without basement it would have been 11k per sq feet cost which is not true
