Suggestion for video improvement: lower the music volume or eliminate, it competes with your voice. Create a script, even if it's only bullet points, so that you're not rambling. Finally, go through creating the demo ahead of time so that on video you are seamless. You can delete it once you're done so that you have a quicker time presenting it to your audience. Because the CD has no chance for capital growth nor dividend appreciation. Nobody aims at stocks that have only 5.3% anticipated total returns. For example Coca Cola has like a 2.7% dividend but its share price has a 5 year growth rate of about 7%. So 9.7% return compared to a CD at only 5.3%.

You should know that making this much profit is both easy and difficult. I say "easy" because it's quite possible to make that much money, and I say "difficult" because you'll need professional help to do it, and I'd recommend getting help from an investment advisor.

You are just rambling too much, when you talk about something, just be sure what it is. For example, when you mention dividend aristocrat, make sure you know the definition, when you promote suredividend subscription price, make sure what is the latest price, etc. probably making a bullet points on what you’re going to talk may also help.
