How did you decide on the various heights and widths?

@agentebond8782 Hi! I used the cars and human figures to decide on the measurements of the structures (make sure to use true 64 scale cars). I drew sketches on paper first until i'm satisfied with the way it looks before I use foam core boards.

@agentebond8782 Kyosho, HobbyJapan, Inno64, and MiniGT are good examples. I find Focal Horizon and Street Weapon very appealing too especially those GT-Rs, Stageas and RWB Porsches, if you're into those cars.

@MRNYCALIVE Hi! Thank you for the kind words. I just order mine online thru shopping platforms. Craft stores should have them though. I use 1.5mm and 3mm thick ones.

@krujamesyrcchannal9879 Hi! Glad you like my videos. For materials, I mostly use foam core boards in various thickness, acrylic paints, acetate film for the windows. For equipment, cutting mat, a good hobby knife and box cutter, metal ruler, pencil, pen and a couple of paint brushes. Hope this helps. Cheers!

really enjoyed watching your videos and your amazing diorama creations. i am just wondering what is the orange “thing” that you use to “scribe” the foam board?

@PJMCollectibles hello! Glad you enjoyed the videos and thank you for watching. The orange tool is just a mechanical pencil, the scribing was done using the cutter. 🙂

Does that foam you use feel like it has paper on the surface? Just curious cause I saw some foam boards , but they feel like they have a layer of paper on top and foam in the inside.

@@mrltnj cool thanks, how do you get the measurements for the scale of the cars? I'm not good and measurements to get the right scale for hot wheels.

@liv2grind409 I use the cars as a reference during the planning and designing phase. Then I adjust the measurements as I build it when something feels too wide, tall, etc. Hotwheels are a bit of a challenge to use for measuring since the cars are not exactly 1/64. 🙂
