Tips for anyone reading this with a budget or wants to save money: 1. Color one thing then copy it and it will be the color and it will be cheaper 2. If you wanna delete something then instead of deleting it undo it 3. Don't clutter until the end so u know what u need 4. Look at the first row of items because those are ALWAYS cheaper 5. try not to do 2+ floors those can get REALLY expensive

*Hey insomnia!* The house didn't end up at 50k because you deleted items instead of undoing. Whenever you're building on somebody's plot and they give you a certain budget, you won't get the money back after deleting something. For example, your budget is 50k. You spend 1000 on an item. You end up with 49k. Let's say you don't like what you placed and then delete it. Your budget still stays at 49k

Little lighting hack for future: if your lights don't seem like they are bright enough then copy the light and put it on top of your original light and you won't see it but it will make the room brighter:) (Btw you if you do this then you won't be able to turn of both lights unless you have a light switch)

The reason why you didn't get exactly 50k in the end is because 1) You deleted some stuff and got less money back 2) texturing and coloring doesn't count as plot value, just the items on the plot

You should make a series where you renovate your subscribers houses! Like they contact u on ur discord or instagram or something and you renovate their houses with a budget they give u! I feel like that would be a fun way to interact with us more!!💗💗
