Building a Custom Cargo Harbor in Cities Skylines 1 - Northam City Episode 2 

Northam City is a Cities Skylines series that is set in the Northeastern United States. It's a fictional city, but will take inspirations from mainly New York city, possibly also Boston and Philadelphia, as well as Chicago. The city might also draw inspiration from fictional cities inspired by New York like Gotham City in the Batman universe, as well as Liberty City in the Grand Theft Auto series.
In this second episode I build the main cargo harbor for the city.
