Building a custom Headache Rack for our ABANDONED F550 Project! 

Looking pretty good can’t wait to haul my smart car with this truck

Since the headache rack is a sealed unit, you could use it as an air tank. Just add a gauge and an air chuck and you have an air supply when away from the shop.

Honestly this is my favorite build on this channel

I can hang with you guys mechanically but when you do any type of sheet metal, body work and custom steel manufacturing, I'm in awe of your work.

Great thought Mark about the “Motörhead” logo being permanent....👍👍I never even gave THAT a thought..... Especially when it comes to resale value.....👍👍👍

Note to self: don't buy an Arc One CNC machine, that thing is broke more than the icecream machine @ McDonald's

On the head ache rack the two sides needs round stock wielded to them so they don't cut someone , fine job so far , that brother of yours's is a good fab man

The head-ache-rack is amazing, should fab up a few to have "FOR SALE", and also design for the chevy. Cut out your letters, and build a box that follows the outline of the letters that could then be bolted on and removed (if needed). Needs a goose-neck receiver and winch. Add the mess over the back glass as stated before, also mesh over the tail lights. GREAT WORK

A few fixes needed. Re-add the third brake light to the head ache rack, the built in one is now blocked. Plus add some working in the dark lights to the top of the head ache rack.

Besides the tool box, you can bend some sheet metal as side skirts and painted the same color as the truck. I think that would look slick. Also if you used polished aluminum tool boxes that would look nice aswell.

I absolutely love the f550 build the headache rack is totally Awesome and the Fabrication is one of a kind i like the fact that you are adding tool boxs . I think it would really cool if you could make the bottom of the bed look like the bottom of the cab and I agree with your dad on putting side rails to strap things down .

Please make a removable screen with led lights for turn and other lights for truck.Easy to make since you have hollow rack.Just a suggestion and a huge safety bonus.
