I never liked the purple, black, white color scheme until I saw your combination. A purple sticker or splash of purple paint on the white head would complete that look for me. Great job!
R2’s droid type is meant to assist you at home needs and repairing. BB’s droid type was made for repairing ships and flying in them. BB is smaller so he can’t have extra arms and stuff, he is also supposed to go faster because his type is supposed to be used to being on a battle field. That is why he is smaller, gives him more of a chance not to get shot
@@owenortiz1742 Easy way to ID someone raised Catholic or Catholic adjacent. In church they say "Peace be with you" and the English response was traditionally "And also with you". Legit you say anything that ends in "be with you" and Catholics with have the instinctual need to respond with "And also with you"
This is the most amazing thing! If you look back to the video of when you guys built your R2 and pay attention to the people who were building droids next to you! The person on the left chose the same head that you guys did for your BB and then the person on the right chose the same body! It's totally fate!!

When I visited Batuu in September I got an R series all Black. I also bought an R2-D2 with all the accessories including the backpack and personality chips.
I gotta say, I have no plan to go to Disney Land (or World) any time soon, nor am I that big of a Star Wars fan...but I love watching your videos. You seem like such fun, genuine people.
Some examples of bb accessories: Flamethrower thumbs up Grappling hook A little at st to hop on Stickers for a wider variety of colors (remember when Rey dropped a tree on bb8 and he got a black ring? Something like that)
From what I can tell, as far as control, he needs more space and to be constantly moving. The stop and go is what causes him to sway. Once he gets moving, the head stays where it should, but also remember, it's a ball. It's going to move whichever way.

They crushed my dreams by not having green but the clear stuff is really cool I'd probably go the r2 route and make the classic r2 and paint the blue parts green
By the way the reason why I was so wobbly is because the base that you put in there as you could see the head was kind of tilted towards the side that’s not a good sign you need to move the base a little bit just saying no hate thank you for the video I love your content by the way

When i built my droid in Orlando they really pushed buying the personality chip and accessorizes at the same time as the droid so you could do it all at the same time.
I just booked my reservation to build a droid for our upcoming WDW trip! I know for sure I want an R2-unit, but I cannot decide on a color. I'm torn between red and white or orange and black. But watch me get something entirely different. XD
I had just went to Disneyland for the first time in 8 years and it has been my dream to get a droid for 2 years and I got my chance. I made a red R-2 astromech like obi wans droid R-4. I watched your guys videos on the droids all the time and I just watch them all in general. I love your channel and keep up the good work.
Its head falls off too easily for my liking, I think its ingenious how they did it but as you said, the practicality is not really there. Wish there had been a purple and black head for it in that design.
The color and style you went with would be my choice as well. Did I see a red arrow on the top and bottom halves and should they line up? Maybe that would help with stability and the clunky rolling noises, then again maybe not? Love your vids! 👽
Just got back from Disney World in Orlando and you can pick your kyber crystal yourself off the wall. And you can buy how many you want in a single purchase. We got a Black on the second Try thanks to my wife on our honeymoon.
