Amazing art - it looks so good. Nice to see the little waterworld town, but even nicer to see how you think about movement. Signs a great DM over here! :D
Yeah I feel that making the map dynamic and interactive is what really gives it a sense of purpose in the game outside of just looking good. I try to focus on it in each creation I make, figuring out what I'd love to play around with myself as a player
Thanks! Yeah I try to figure out new ways to optimize my videos each time I make one and this is something I'll definitely take with me for the next video as well!
I really would like to see a tutorial on how to use the Crosshead water assets. For example, I am not sure how to place the waves to make my water look like it is flowing or crashing onto rocks, etc.
Hey, just came across this, and it looks amazing! One question though, what license are your assets under? Would I be able to use them for public releases?
I would love to use your roof assets but I'm a bit lost as to where to find them. I subscribed to the Patreon but I don't see any download links or what they would be called :/
Hey cystemic! I try to include links on every post I make on Patreon to a Dropbox folder with all my content called the back catalog. But there is also a link to my website Www.crossheadstudios.com/patrons where you can log in and find direct links to every thing from maps to assets for dungeondraft. The dungeondraft assets have roofs in the patterns you can place or premade roofs in the prefab assets
@@CrossheadStudios Yes, I can see there are loads but the roof assets in particular are what I would like to use without downloading the entire back catalogue, sorry
Haven't noticed it myself? If others experience this issue I should look into the export settings of my sound. I'm glad I at least found the issue with the rendering glitches I experienced in my first video
@@CrossheadStudios I think he's talking about the slight reverb from the room. It's rather subtle, and getting the equipment to cut it out wouldn't be cheap. So unless you plan on making your videos a priority, I wouldn't worry about it. Looks and sounds great!
