Are any of the homes in the Las Vegas area built on a crawl space? Everything I see appears to be a concrete slab. Here in my area of Virginia, usually only the cheaper tract homes are built on a slab. My plumber told me how he had to take up the finished floors so he could jackhammer a slab to repair pipes. Thanks for the detailed video.

I'm looking for recent construction meeting or exceeding HERS certification & solar for efficient homes Is this required as building code in Vegas?. Is there a site/resource showing the certification ratings for the major builders in Henderson I can refer to? ie; KB, DR Horton, Gentry or Lennar. Thanks for all your hard work!

Someone needs to ask, So it's me. Since when does a builder plumb the irrigation water line with "HOT" WATER? Red pex line in hot, Blue pex line is cold. You may want to get your plumber back out there or hire a new Superintendent..

This content is great. I can't believe how poorly build this Vegas house is. Should have cat 6 in and out every room to the smart box? No exterior insulation? This Hvac system doesn't filter air or from outside. This house wil not be air and water seal tight. What's the roofing like? Is this a typical production house build? Do they build with zip? Why is the electrical access to the outside, some Vegas code? What about solar? This build quality seems cheap for million dollar home?
