Hi, my brother is currently building a property in Wales. It has a detached garage, which has accommodation above the garage. He's fitted a set of metal stairs, similar style to yours but not quite as big as yours. He had quotes of between £6k and £10k to make the stairs. I just told him what you paid and he couldn't believe it.

You should tile the roof floor or it turns black with mould and not water proof or paint it

looks great Jason, love the deck, I know your a little behind with your videos but im glad your back and running, im sure you have but you can take power from above your ceiling in the bungalow on to the sun deck, great price for the top railings and steps, for the bath I would lay blocks on the corner and which would make the bath fit better and blocks just a little higher than the bath, for a shelf.
