Hahahaha When hazel said "There's a ten year old at the door and she wants her bed back" I laughed because my Little sister is ten and she has a double loft bed!
Oh Dodie No.. You're gonna regret getting the loft bed. Being extremly sick and having to climb up and down is possibly one of the worst feelings i've experienced.
Aran Clancy yep, I have a bunk bed with the top bunk, and I almost never change the sheets because I'm too lazy to put them back on from halfway up the ladder
I don't know what it is about Dodie but watching her videos just makes me feel happy inside. Like all the issues and stress of life just disappears for the 7 minutes of laughter and perfection, thanks for being my happy place! :)
I love the relationships I see with your friend group in particular. You all seem to be so supportive and affectionate (albeit in your own individual ways) and it just love seeing strong male/female friendships like that. 😊😊
I also have a double loft bed (i am currently sitting in it) that my dad made from the measurements of the ikea one, and let me tell you that your life is just about to get a whole lot better. i freakin love my loft bed its like my own extra floor in my room where i can eat and watch netflix and the whole floor is mattress.

Honestly I don't do a lot of that at all It's not one of my main interests lol BUT if it so happens that rare opportunity comes round The bed will probably not be used ;)
I probably laughed just a little too hard at Dan's attempts to manage the lift and slide, on account of I remembered on Friends how Ross tried to a) pivot the couch and b) lift and slide the sports car. Dodie, you are a delight.
The only thing im worried about, it dodie's future attempts to now make videos from her bed since no one has tripods that tall and you can only stick the camera on the bed to film so many times since there isnt that much room as their would be the floor! Im excited to see the entertaining things that will come from this :)
I have the same bed as you (except mine is black because I embrace the darkness) and I have some tips, assuming you've never had a loft bed before. Okay first off, GET EVERYTHING YOU NEED BEFORE YOU GO UP THERE FOR THE NIGHT because if you don't you'll have to keep going up and down that goddamn ladder and I swear to god your knees will hurt for days. I however, still fail to do this because I'm soop doop forgetful. So, assuming you do too, my second tip is to show off those muscly knees you now have. (kidding, I lack muscle completely). You should also install some kinda shelf thing next to the top so you can put drinks and stuff up there. Also, no one can see you up there so sleeping naked is great.
