bro listen, you don't have to do skate 3 content only. make some irl skate videos or some other skate games, like try to build a skatepark in thps. And get session when it comes out.
Such a unique and devise park , maybe add tiny bit more details eg different colour pads in the floor to highlight shade and tone and a construction gap somewhere as if the spillway is getting worked on

there should be some diy quartes in the corners of the park or the end of the spillway also at 26:34 the grid could turn into a manual pad also a small stair on the bank would be cool so you can go up the bank and then grind the stair

My suggestions for the park 1. Add a kicker next to the factory ledge on the small hip side so you can ollie up to the ledge easily 2. Add a quarterpipe next to the black building for more flow 3. Add a pole jam or small rainbow rail going over the river so it's more diy-esque

For some reason in skate 3 for me custom parks drop my FPS to 10 it’s unplayable and kinda ruined the game since custom parks are my favourite part of the game
heyy i’m from prague czech republic and i really like your videos and i have an cool idea. We have one of the biggest skate spots in the world named Stalin Plaza. If you could remake it i would be really happy!! (Like if you want chris to remake stalin)
I think those building you’ve made should be a loading bay of some sort to help the flow work more with design of the spillway, loving the diy side of it but you could do more with the water gap. Or even add some secret little roof gaps
That corner of the dark building where the side of the pad is hanging out, you can turn snapping off and just merge it together with collision off. Then turn snapping back on and add the rest of the building.
when you were building the floating ledge I thought you should put it, like, halfway across the river. If you did that you could skate it from the other side of the river, over the water.
Add quarter pipes built into the wall by the portapotty so that they lay flush with the wall, and maybe you could incorporate like a roof gap or drop in/step up? Love your parks tho
okay so theres this vid of jamie foy (im pretty sure its jamie) power tre flipping off this high ledge next to an over pass into a run off/ditch thing and thatd be fukn sweeeet
put a rainbow rail coming out of the ground over the water or a pole jam over the water. make the bridge over the water more realistic diy like using props or something
You need a curved corner quarter pipe thing to go round and/or against the building by the trees for flow and so you could maybe use it as a wall ride type thing straight off the quarter onto the window
You should add a down rail next to the euro gap and after the euro gap at the black building you should add a bank with a pad just above it so you can do some cool tricks going up the bank, grind the top and go back in and continue the speed

A couple of ideas: Add a quarterpipe at the top of the euro gap, and put a beach ball prop in the water gap or maybe a shopping cart to make it more rundown.
Can you please make some kind of portal from the storm drain entrance and that portal can lead to a half pipe or like the sewer. Can you also ad a mani pad on the curv ledge bank
