Maybe your island(perhaps in August or September) you could do a school island! Id love to see your clutter and who you’d choose as your teachers! Just a fun idea lol
I loved how much community there was at the beginning. Everyone sharing DIY swaps or hosting people to sell turnips. Like everyone was always down to help everyone else. It's just a shame that a lot of that was gone before 2.0 was out.
The way you were talking about playing ACNH the way we used to play reminds me of Artsy Gamer's "Casual Crossing" for curing/preventing burnout. Might be perfect after this time crunch, code limited, and no tereforming series. LOVE all your islands. Oh and PS when it comes to beaches... done is better than perfect if the process is painful. We support you no matter what :)
Maybe after you do the final walk thru then do all your custom codes I love them and fill it all up the way you love doing I think you will love the island BEANS more but make sure you do it on camera please
Love this build! I totally understand wanting to revamp it with custom codes though- Bean is your island, and you should do whatever you feel compelled to do! Also, this is kind of a silly question but how do treasure islands work, and where can you get the Dodo codes for them??? Love your channel btw ❤
treasure islands are islands on modded switches that host islands with a bunch of items that users can visit and grab from. methods of getting codes differ between hosts, but the most common way is via searching for islands on twitch where hosts have the codes publicly displayed on a stream (with some islands behind a sub-only wall).
loved the way erik was there in the walk through with his net... he was really enjoying his bug catching area. such a cute build, but i can't believe that this island is almost done. i literally don't know how you do it...
Um... I can still only order 5 things a day and it's September 2024... I have no idea how you manage to get all this in 14 days... It's insane. But I love this island
It's interesting listening to creators being nostalgic. I bought the game at launch and hated it. I put it down for years, then thought maybe I'd give it another try. Discovered time travel, and that made the game somewhat playable. Got the DLC, and that helped. Now, order bots and amiibos open up even more options. I respect others' feelings about the "good old days," but I can't understand it, personally.
I got acnh back when it first came out. I rmeember playing it during the lockdowns back when covid started. I think my favorite thing was just having something to look forward to doing every day, because i had nothing else to do. It is such a feeling of nostalgia thinking about it.
I have loved this series, and subscribed. I still have never done a treasure island as of yet. I also only have 1 switch, but I have never finished, or even dreamed an island before. Recently I began watching some challenge videos, which motivated me to restart my island. I am not doing a challenge, However I have used an ACNH name generator to name my current island. It does not change what I am mostly wanting this island to be composed of. Than I began watching videos of the clutter, which I never saw before my hiatus. The. I began watching some of Simulation Fluffy videos, beginning with her challenge, and she made up a story for her challenge island, And even some characters on Tartupaluk as well. My island, GHOSTEARTH, is not as cute and elegant, had I had invisioned, but… I like it. I am still working on it, but I have the following on it: 10 bridges placed 10 inclines placed All buildings in their permanent location, although, I am still waiting to get some more photos, before I move in the last 3 permanent villagers. As far as my island being complete: I really only have a few more beaches to decorate. I do not mind waiting to decorate them, but going through a few other seasons first. I still need certain DIYs, Castle stuff Being able to purchase enough things for the inside of the house. I even remodeled, and customized the houses of 2 of the villagers that I am keeping, While deciding what to do with the other villagers, who I am keeping, And guessing what I might do with the houses of the other 3 villagers, although… I really won’t know, until I meet them. I am trying to breed every flower on this island, although, When I really start another island, with themes, I may only work with certain flowers, or colors I do have a flower road on a small dirt road with white and pink flowers only. It looks like a mess, but I tried to make it look less so. One dirt path has only pink flowers, most,y organizes by type, but to keep orange and reds popping up, I added a few random pink flowers on that road. Not much space for the remaining two flower colors, which I am wanting around my island, so if I get them, they will be sparse. Or few. Blue and purple. I will have a creepy area, and my mind is working on a story, kinda. I am also having problems getting Lily of the valleys to show up. The creepy cliff edges, cannot clear off, So have to remove lots of pavement, fences, and shrubs just to get a few to spawn. I finally got my second one today, but I need 2 more in. Y garden. It has been a few days since I dreamed my island last, since I am focusing on getting enough Lily of the Valleys for my garden. Then I will update my dream again. Da-1618-3590-6570 I do not know if Becky and Zoe’s houses have been remodeled already. I think so, even inside. But I remodeled them again last night, and I like them better this way. Becky owns the 5 star seafood restaurant, where her customers can pick out which fish or snail that they want to eat. She will cook it in her house, and has a pantry installed, as of last night. Zoe teaches school at the nearby beach school, however, in bad weather, she holds classes inside her own house. I will have a castle with an outside throne room eventually. Creepy area, and creepy block of my village Village which contain 6 houses, but 2 are on the creepy block Farm area, with 4 farms, The other side of Residence Services is more natural. Which leads to a forest. Do check out the Bamboo Forest. Do cross the beach bridge, to access that beach. Entire beach. Only path, not counting bamboo forest. Winding, none game path to the campsite in a forest.
Began with brain only thinking, cute, elegant, pink, purple, blue, and mostly neutral whites. Much different than what I had envisioned, but… Much more complete than any island that I have ever had before too. So I am happy. Parts may be Farmcore, but some parts aren’t. It is like one core neighborhood meets another core neighborhood. The one thing, is my island tune is “I’m not ready to be aprincess” from Sofia The First. I may have that tune be for a future islsnd too, when I really try that other theme. Currently, I think it is telling me, to just work with what I have, and COMPLETE my FIRST ISLAND. .y only shrubs are plummeria and hydrangea on this island. I live in Texas, but chose to challenge myself a little, so Southern Hemisphere this time. I have some ideas for future islands, and only 3 more big builds for this one, But I know what I am wanting those to be, I just need to wait to get the stuff, for those areas, my house, and a few filler spots. Will want to replace much of the outside music players with phonographs, or music boxes, when I get some. Plus more filler areas. I know what I am wanting, but it is mostly a waiting game, while I am playing Day by Day in March of this year, slowly bringing it forward. I started this island in March, but some wanted things were not showing up at the Cranny, since it was not upgraded, until it was too late, so once it upgraded, I took the day back to Feb. 1 st, to really get, and see What I can get in Feb. Glad I did. I combined those things, which really helped to fill up my beach. Still waiting on a few things, since I need to reexperience Bunny Day again, at the Cranny. Plus, for my last several islands, I have planned to do something with the cranny. Since I took time back to Feb, I finally did it.
@@sunsetaxolotl Thank you. I have no idea how long, I will keep my island in the past, but… I dont think I still need to be working on it for a year, with it mostly finished except for certain things, so When I have everything that I need, and want for my island, I may take it to December, (All 4 shrubs will be in bloom) In Dec and January. Where I can really finish my island, and see how I am really wanting it to look. When determining the final dream time, but I have a creepy area, and some haunted art, so it will be evening or nightime. I am even putting things on the rocks behind my castle balcony. Most likely walk through a single file field of white flowers beside the non decorated beach.
I can't wait for the walkthrough of the finished island!! also I love hearing you blab about the nostalgia of early release animal crossing because I personally didn't pick up the game until 2022 or so it's cool to hear what used to be the norm.
