Who makes the paints?

Thanks Paul, I think ditching it was for the best probably need to do the same in the fiddle yard now

The crossing is static and the planks where painted with lifecolor weathered wood paint set. Thanks for watching

Thanks Richard, they where definitely worth changing, it would have been huge mistake if I kept them in. It’s such a shame curved points are so troublesome, as they are great space savers.

I had tried adapting the points to shorten the frog, it works in the fiddle yard but those ones where not quite right. What you describe was exactly what was happening, I found it weird that the Baldwin was the worst as it had a longer wheelbase than Skarloey.

Thank you. I intend to do at least one of the locos on video, i will do one off camera first so I know what I’m doing and then go through my method with the other loco.

@@WesternSignalman great looking forward to seeing those, I know people convert them fairly regularly but I rarely see those locos for sale and when I do they’re pricey
