Great starting point.. And enjoyable watch too. You asked for some suggestions on upgrades so I am gonna rattle off a few to help you. ( if you want ) These first ones will help with immersion.. and I feel that's the most important personally 1.) Haptic transducers/ bass shakers/ buttkickers.. It can emulate the engine vibration or texture of the road and so many more things.. absolute MUST for immersion!! And these are pretty cheap too. 2. Better wheelbase and shifter and pedals.. nothings wrong with what you have now at all.. but a Direct drive or DD wheelbase for short will offer so much more fidelity for sure.. belt drives are pretty great too on thr used market.. you can get for on the cheap also because DD'S are running rampet right now. Lol 3rd pull your monitor in much closer almost right behind the wheelbase if possible.. this will help you feel more connected to the games, especially when in the zone!! Just by having it take up more of your actual FOV. Those are the 3 big points I would start at to upgrade. Feel free to respond if you have any questions. Once again. You asked for advice and that's all I am giving. Hopefully you don't think I am clapping over your starting point into sim racing. ( it's a fantastic starting point by the way. ) have a good day. 👍

This incredible advice!! Thank you so much for taking the time to write this, I’m definitely gonna do these, any recommendations for haptic transducers? Or so for wheel what’s like a good priced one?

@GivemChills well as far as haptics... dayton transducers work very well. So does buttkicker.. I think buttkicker is a bit pricey.. but also overbuilt.. I run 4 daytons and 1 buttkicker personally. Look into ( slipangle 4 corner ) set up. It's around 500 dollars and comes with everything you need. Really fantastic. If you source out all your own parts you can do it a bit cheaper. Like maybe around 350-400 or so for all 4 corners.. there are also some good RU-vid reviews to showcase the slipangle transducer set.. I really can not convey how impactful to immersion haptics are... I have a full motion rig and all.. but not only can haptics make you a better driver with feel and what not.. they are the most immersion you can get for your dollar by miles...

@GivemChills don't know if ya got my wheelbase reply.. just spent forever typing out alot of info.. looks like the reply didn't actually happen.. short story.. look at fanatec and MOZA if your looking for cheap but still fantastic DD wheelbases and peripherals!

i would recommend playing assetto corsa, though it would need a lot of mods like shaders, cars, tracks and stuff. Great video

Well I can probably save about half of this money lol. Thankfully I have a pc that should be capable for sim racing and a 65 inch 4k 120hz tv. My pc spec are 3080ti 9700k 32gb ram
