I know this is late but the record breaking tower of terror is not Disney’s drop tower, it’s a roller coaster In South Africa which is just a vertical drop after a lift very similar to oblivion but with a actual vertical drop it’s near Johannesburg.

Fun fact, spine snapping is known to happen to people having tetanic muscle contractions as a result from tetanus. You have no control over them and every fibre of muscle in your body is contracting with force that you probably have never been able to muster. These contractions last a long time and eventually you die of respiratory arrest or less commonly cardiac arrest. I asked my father who’s a doctor what the most painful thing to die from was and he said nearly instantly, “probably tetanus.” I read up on it and yup, he’s probably pretty close.

The thing i love about planet coaster is that the developers get it. They have no problem with letting coasters be complete disasters and explode and slam into huge amounts of people. And rather than wait until the actual ride starts, showing the fear rating steadily climb as it gets higher is great.

just for comparison, 3 g's is how much an astronaut would have experienced on a space shuttle entry or reentry top Fuel drag racing world record of 4.4 s over 1/4 mile experienced 4.2g's the worlds most intense rollercoasters have 6.3 g's this rollercoaster experienced 42 gs the typical person can handle 5g's before blacking out. 46 can kill. thnaks wikipedia

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Basically the lasting mental impact something traumatic has on a person. Soldiers coming back from war, rape victims, and plenty of other things. PTSD is a very serious issue that a lot of people suffer from, though as I said in my comment, in the case of these coasters no human could survive, so PTSD isn't really an issue.

For reference, Fighter Pilots are trained to withstand about 9Gs as many jets can pull up to that when going vertically. Meaning that RT's parks are actual suicide booths

I have to seriously thank the creator of this video for introducing me to _Cities: Skylines_ and also this game. For a total of around $70 ($30 for Cities & $42 for Coaster) I have already had more fun in 3 days than I had in 3 months with SimCity (2013 Edition).
